"These apartments are all messed up work orders don't get done in a timely manner ,one guy comes to fix things and the other guy has to come back to fix it the way it's supposed to be done , should have sent him first to get the job the right way the first time. , I have had several issues , and it's always the second maintenance man gets the job done the right way, I don't know if the Cuban maintenance is just learning or he just doesn't know what he is doing cuz he is always on his phone I guess googling what he has to do , I work from home and I have to stop working so he can do his "JOB" but doesn't get it done the right way so the Hispanic maintenance has to come and correct his mistakes ,not to be rud but they should wear name tags , also cuban maintenance thinks he's all that and a bag of chips , also pool needs to be cleaned the proper way not wait till residents get in to clean the green moss growing in it. THAT IS SO SAD !!"
"Chafa apartments these people don't care about there tenants. My mom has been here for a year and always had problems with the ac. These people just won't fix your ac for some reason. Every time I visit my mom it's was always hot and when I asked why they haven't fixx it they reply to put it on a certain temp this is RIDICULOUS SMH.."
"I do not recommend these apartments unless you have small children or do not mind excessive noise from upstairs neighbors. You can hear the neighbors upstairs running ,bumping, thumping across the floor up til midnight or 2 am. I know the difference between someone walking hard and running. The flooring is very thin if I can hear every bump, drop, thump, kick, etc. This is an everyday thing. I tried to rectify this issue before leaving a comment. They do not care. It's months later and the noise is still ongoing. Update: I wrote this review a few months into my lease. Naomi response was the upstairs neighbor has two small toddlers and I should be understanding. No ma'am. I should not have to hear them run and falling hard across the floor all hours of the night. I have even left messages on the corporate office voice-mail. Your response below is that you don't discriminate. I never said you should discriminate against anyone. But I do know that every apartment complex should have rules in place regarding noise and disturbance after certain hours. Like I stated you all simply don't care about your residents. Also, someone broke into my car. Stuff was scattered everywhere. They messed up the lock system. I don't feel safe living here. I've been experiencing problems since I have moved in."
"Terrible apartments. Office workers are trash, management isnt any better. Maintenance is finally good after 2 yrs and it’s really only one guy that’s good. Roaches everywhere and they do nothing to help. A/c constantly leaking and all they do is blame the old maintenance team. Dishwasher has been flooded for months and they keep saying they’re gonna send someone to fix it and never do or stop answering our calls. Ceiling fan doesn’t work correctly. Closet rod fell and we were told we were hanging too many of our shirts on it. Stove literally has roaches in it, we don’t cook we have to eat at in-laws or order something. We can’t open a living room window at all and they told us that we’d have to deal with it because it’s be too much to fix or replace the window. And after we expressed concern about it being a fire hazard we were told we have other windows. No one should move here or think about moving here."
