"So, I just asked about the relocation program from San Antonio and the man on the phone said his apartment manager would STOP processing my application, keep my money, until all rent is paid to the apartments we are coming from. I consider this a threat because my dealings with the slumlord we currently reside under should be none of her damn business. Finding a place to live in Texas is ridiculous and a joke."

"I’m so upset I was supposed to move in Tomorrow and I can’t we went to really look at the apartment and clean up before the movers come tomorrow and it’s disgusting the cabinets are damaged the doors are damaged no one must have inspected the apartment before I move because one drawer in the kitchen was covered in bugs and roaches on the inside with a puddle of water in it. We tried cleaning the restroom but I’m so disgusted and disappointed we set off foggers and left if nothing is done for me I will not move in and want my money back"

"We moved here about a month ago. The office manager JC is super helpful and very polite. Felipe was also very helpful during the whole application process. So far it’s been an awesome experience. Before these office managers I believe these apartments had a couple of problems hearing from people that have lived here for years. But these new office people have made such an awesome change. Also love that these have a private fence, need a code to get in. So far me and my wife feel safe. Everyone minds there own business in my building. Pool is very cool, haven’t got the chance to swim in it but from the looks of it, it’s very kept clean. If your looking to rent here, do it! They also have a 24/7 maintenance service just in case you need something fixed. We will be definitely staying here another year if we don’t find anything else."
