"I wish I could give zero stars for this place, because it's been an absolute nightmare. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the service. It's non-existent. Maintenance requests? Good luck getting a response, let alone having anything actually fixed. I've had issues with plumbing, that have been completely ignored for weeks on end. The leasing office staff are utterly indifferent, bordering on rude, whenever you dare to bring up any concerns. And don't get me started on the condition of the apartment itself. When I moved in, it was clear that the so-called "cleaning crew" had done nothing more than a cursory wipe-down. The walls were scuffed, and there were even mold spots in the bathroom I should check the vents they say it mildew but to me I'm sure the vents are saturated with mold. It's like they didn't even bother to inspect the place before handing over the keys. The amenities they advertise are a joke. The gym well I have not accessed as they never provided me with a fob and to this day they have no manager so apparently they cant do anything because they are only helping out in the office and they work at a nicer luxury apartment so what they said , the pool is always dirty until recently but it is closed so yeah, and the so-called "community events" are few and far between. It's like they're just ticking boxes on a list without any real effort to provide a decent living experience. And let's not forget about the noise. Thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors mean that I can hear every argument, every party, and every late-night TV marathon from the comfort of my own living room. It's like living in a frat house, but without any of the camaraderie. In short, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for housing. Preserve at Westoverhills is a prime example of everything that's wrong with modern property management. You deserve better than this. P.S. They are quick to send you a violation for non existing issues but take years to resolve one lousy work order. Run Run and Run Far from the high rates, and the non existent Luxury Living."

"filing with the BBB tomorrow and setting up an attorney . -have not had a working mailbox since august (violation of lease) -the bathtub is constantly clogged since move in -bathroom floods in the middle of the night -smells like mold (probably due to all the flooding) -the ceiling in my bathroom and kitchen have completely fallen due to pipes bursting -my entire room is currently under an inch of water due the window leaking water. and forget trying to reach anybody in the office or getting a call from corporate. apartment from hell."

"Signed my lease here 2 times. Unfortunately. They didn’t advertise online that my unit wouldn’t be remodeled and blamed it on the previous management. Ok that’s fine I sucked it up. Foundation is shifting so there’s cracks in the walls. Pretty sure that’s unsafe. The ladies at the front are always nice however non of them are there anymore. There’s a drawer missing from the restroom that they just covered with wood instead of replacing it. -if your unit is remodeled expect it to just be a shawty job. They paint over everything. -fleas when I first moved in. They claimed they sprayed it. However I got bit the first full week. -Dust mites come from the ac vents all over my fridge during the summer I was schedule to transfer to a 2 bed room unit on DECEMBER 1st. And when I go to the office they tell me the unit isn’t ready. And that I have to wait till the 4th or the 5th. I asked for the whole weekend off and the unit isn’t ready?! The lady who took my application for the transfer is on maternity leave. I am currently still sitting in my current unit waiting for them to tell me when I can move into my new one all while they’re still charging me rent for the current apartment and yes the other one is prorated but how is that even fair. And I’ve had so many floods from my toilet. The corners of the baseboards are rotted and painted over. There’s stickers on the wall from the previous tenant, and they just painted over it. The water is unfortunately always getting shut off my apartment. Unit is always humid. I asked him to come fix it and they said it’s fine until finally during the summer it breaks. And I’m without a for a whole week Until they finally get it fixed. The garbage disposal is always breaking or getting jammed. They don’t really change anything out they just temporary fix it."

"My experience here has been nothing short of awesome. The girls in the office have always been friendly and helpful. I have not had any issues with maintenance and Amos the maintenance guy has been helpful when needed. I would highly recommend."

"DO NOT LEASE. Not safe for living. I moved in 16 days ago. Water damage, water leaks present in the floor and walls. Exposed wall structures. Mold covered by paint. Pests. No proper cleaning done before move in. They cover all damages with a bad layer of paint, including the tub and shower area. The company ignores your service requests and marks then as completed on the same day, with no proper explanation. They do not take accountability either at the office on site or when communicating with the corporate office. There are MANY pests including scorpions, ants, roaches, spiders of all kinds, huge grasshoppers, earwigs, pill bugs. ACs going out all the time."
