"Good management. No carpet. Pet friendly. No pit bulls unless it's a service dog. If you own a PS5, it will flip the breaker. Use the performance setting if the game has one. No dishwasher and fridge has no ice maker. No waste disposal unit in the sink. The unit I rent has walls so thin that you can hear your neighbors talk and you can hear the cars driving on military clear as day. You can even hear the neighbor's buttons on their oven and microwave. Parking is somewhat of an issue for residents late night. The 7 visitor parking is always full at night. You will need to check for an open spot before inviting a friend over if you didn't get a temporary pass in time. Playgrounds has just recently been added. I've not seen any issues with bugs. Beware apartment 3212 and units around it."

"Been there for almost three years once they got a new manager she started to evict anyone that is a day behind rent . They wouldn’t take no payments so they gave us 13 days to move instead of 30 days . I would not recommend those apartment and if anyone do move in make sure you have copy’s of your rent receipts because they well pocket your money if you don’t know what your doing ."

"Loved it before they got a playground set for the kids. I understand we want them to have fun. But not at the expense of other peoples comfort. After a long day of work no one wants to constantly hear screaming and yelling. People want peace and quietness."

"These people clearly don't care about maintenance on the apartments they do have mold in them I was told they would take care of it and had a work order to resolve it NEVER HAPPENED...Only thing they worry about is rent money. I've never seen pest control but seen spiders and roaches and they was charging me pest control monthly. My vehicle was hit while I was gone and it was parked in an assigned parking they said they only have cameras to face office so know if someone hits your vehicle and run you are on your own with it. There's no real security he drives though one time a day and he's gone for the rest of the day. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors microwave and conversations. I'm not the one to tell anybody where they should or shouldn't move but from my experience I definitely wouldn't recommend these apartments."

"Make sure to take before and after and after photos. The manager Lisa sent me to collections for drywall, broken oven repairs ... and is claiming I owe &2,700. There was also mention of a 1,200 preclude balance .,. What is this? New manager can’t tell me, but she was there when all this went down. What happen to my deposit first off, also none of this was mentioned during the walkthrough. Then I get a bill from collections . If anything they owe me money .... I was promised a dog park, and that all construction would end with in the year I was there. Never got dog park, only a big mud pool when it rains! Do not rent from these people - owners are from Mexico and had to fire management for stealing rent money."
