"The towing is terrible here. Be prepared to dish out money for towing. Office has little concern on its own residence and keeping them happy since we’re the ones who pay rent and sides with the towing company instead. They expect residents to wake up during the night and register their vehicles regardless if you’re dead asleep. The office ladies have no care and WILL NOT ASSIST even though I’ve had office managers assistant with this before in the past. Just not at the apartment complex. Not to mention the nasty out-dated unit I was given and the sorry half cleaned apartment i moved into. I rushed into these apartments, which now I greatly regret. There are better apartments in the area apart from these trashy apartments. Btw, the gates are always broken, uhauls are parked wherever without being towed, visitors receive better parking than it’s own residents so make sure you arrive early for a good parking spot."

"I lived there for 3 years under name of Sendera Landmark. My experiences living there were mixed. the model they showed me was not like the one I got. Right off the bat I heard noise from upstairs that sounded like they were in the same unit. The floors were wooden laminate and I was told 3rd level had carpet to avoid residential complaints. The refrigerator was dented up and smaller than the model they showed me. I decided to make the best of it.i decided to make the best of it. So I tried hard, I mean hard not to voice my concerns or complaints. Most of the lighting were not working and I started to see bugs, ants, and freaking roaches. The paint was blotchy and the carpet was lifting from the entry to the bedroom. I have had other issues that were needing to be addressed and it would've been way past my contract I sign to leave there. my advice is to check it out throughout and do it at the initial visit. I would not move back because of the poor maintenance & customer service and lack of security....lots of break-ins in vehicles. GOOD LUCK!"
