"The front office has a deal to receive a kickback from a local towing company to have near free reign over the Hollows property. They will tow your car without notice and without proper reasoning. The front desk staff is not helpful and will sign you up for renters insurance policies without your consent. Most maintenance requests will be ignored as well. Constant roaches and skunks around the property. My upstairs neighbor also lets her dog pee onto my balcony and the apartment complex will not step in to uphold community guidelines."

"Very disappointed. Roaches everywhere. Not to mention work orders don’t get done in a timely manner. One of the maintenance workers is always out smoking and on the phone rather than working. Management is never helpful. I moved in to an apartment that needed a lot of work done and now I’m having to pay for everything."

Reported maintenance issues while living here as well, the issues that were minimized also ended up on my move out bill. Billed up to $900, tried to dispute and was declined. "Nails falling out of walls, sticking up from carpets, paint chips from ceilings, roaches crawl from unsealed baseboards, hair from previous tenants painted into bathtub/walls, was disgusting at move in, maintenance requests get left for weeks on end, I could go on and on."
