"I’ve lived here for over 2 years any issue I have The office is quickly able to resolve, maintenance usually comes with in the day and emergency maintenance usually comes within 1-2 hours (earlier if it’s a bigger emergency) the buildings are older that comes with pros and cons the main pro is not being able to hear your neighbors as easily I live On the first floor and can rarely hear them unlike most new apartments w paper thin walls. The pool is kept clean daily obviously during the hotter days when everyone uses it, it’ll be less clean until the next day or at the end of the day when they clean it again. Pests depend on you and your neighbors cleanliness (just like any other apartment) they offer weekly pest control they do sprays, bait, and full sweeps and it’s usually on a case by case basis I usually don’t have too many problems I request The service once every few months and have had positive experiences. The apartments are pet friendly I’ve noticed most people are pretty responsible for their pets so no issues there. There are people who do not live here that park in residential parking instead of visitor parking but I have seen the tow truck come around on a few occasions to tow those cars. Most of the people in the parking lot at late hours do live here it’s very rare that a non resident will be wondering the parking lot however we do live off a major road so the fact it happens as little as it does is better than most apartments w similar locations and at that they usually have security to patrol the apartments as well. The apartments themselves have less updates but are still very good for the price and are very cozy."

"If I could give this place -1 star I would. We have been here since end of March and from the first day we moved in we have been having roach issues. When I say roach issues..I mean we practically live with them, they should be paying rent. The only thing they offered was for them to “keep spraying” ( clearly that’s not working, something new needs to be done), break our lease with no penalty ( mind you we just moved in), or move us into another unit at a much higher rate which I’m pretty sure has roaches as well. You all need to do more. After reading reviews it seems like the entire apartment is just filled with roaches and the other tenants who live here and don’t say anything must just be okay with sharing their apartment with roaches. At this point, the apartment needs to take this serious and actually fix the issue instead of just moving people out to move other people right back in. It’s disgusting and I can’t wait to move out of these apartments. I’m constantly looking over my shoulder, hoping, praying I don’t see a roach. After almost 6 months of moving in and the issue is not resolved is AN ISSUE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS. THEY WONT DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU LEAVE. If I stop paying rent, water I’m sure they will be so quick to evict you or make you pay more..it’s a joke. They want your money but don’t want to pay for proper extermination. Even pest control is out of options. I put in a work order every two weeks faithfully and at this point he tells me “ I’ll just keep spraying. I don’t know what else” STAY AWAY."
