"Our lease is almost up now and although I was super excited with the floor-plan and garage, this was so far the worst apartment experience for me. We had rat infestation that they would “fix” by giving us the worst traps possible, we had to buy it and deal with most of it by ourselves. Our A/C doesn’t work properly as some animal chewed the ducts (which we also had to find the problem by ourselves, still not fixed…), and is about the 3rd time we have leak in the garage so I cannot even leave my car there as I don’t know when will leak again or the roof will come down on my car… We ask for maintenance but they just have one person to work on all the problems they have here, and when we asked to call ahead to schedule the time for maintenance they don’t do so and show up when we are not available. Kathy and maintenance guy do their best, but the amount of problems have even got us tired of complaining and not having solutions."

"First, manager cleared work order as completed. I know maintenance gets busy, but why close work order. No work was accomplished on garage ceiling. Been asking for sand bags, rain water keeps coming in thru front door when it rains. No sand bags yet. Why should we have to resubmit new work orders???"

"Overall I really have enjoyed living here. The staff is pleasant, easy to reach and prompt when dealing with any issues. My AC went out peak of summer and after I had a major surgery, I called before office hours and thought we would have to deal with the heat for the better part of the day. They came out and fixed the AC and changed my filter within two hours. It hasn't been perfect, but I that is no fault to the management of the property. I also have no issues with my neighbors, I'm surprised at how little noise I hear despite sharing walls. I moved here after being a home owner for 7 years and prior to that I had only lived in single family homes. This positive experience has made renting and living in a townhome/ apartment community a whole lot less scary."

"When I was looking at the apartments the office, particularly Adam were very nice. However, many things were not repaired when I moved in. Now that I've been here 4 months I cannot get any repairs it seems. I have plumbing problems and pests that have gone ignored by their extremely unprofessional maintenance person that will come and try to unlock my door when I've stated to never do that. I'd recommend to look elsewhere. Not worth $1400 a month."
