"DONT MOVE HERE !!!! This place is horrible , I don"t recommend it for anyone I've had my car break in , residents don't pick up after their dog when they go to the restroom. They dont pick up trash all the time like there suppose to. The staff doesn't respond back to your situation until 3 weeks later its horrible."

"I have lived here for about 2.5 years now and I really like it! The staff is always friendly and so are the majority of people that live there. Very dog friendly! It’s in a great location and I plan to stay here for a while. I see lots of reviews talking about noise issues but I don’t really ever have an issue with that. Occasionally there’s some noise on the weekends but nothing to the extent of causing major issues. I also love that the pool is never that crowded! I really like living here!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The prices are on the lower side for a reason. Cars get broken into, no parking, the people that work at the front desk are really rude, amenities never work (the game room is mostly broken, coffee machine has been broken since I moved in), loud construction that won't be done until mid next year, dog poop everywhere, i had a roach problem when i moved in.. the list goes on. The only good thing is that it's close to the rim"
