"Bring a flashlight, the stairwells in the back side are painted in dark color and no lights actually on, even during the day it's too dark in there. The apartment seems good but not great with the stairwells."

"I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it has been a great experience so far. The staff are the most welcoming people you will meet and stay wholesome throughout the duration of your stay. The complex also host resident events to build a closer community within the people who stay here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice and clean place to live."

"I love so much about these apartments. I lived at THE TRIBUTE AT THE RIM before and have been here a few months now. This place is so much better in the upkeep, maintenance, management and it's quiet. Haydee the office manager has been awesome and super responsive since day 1. Neighbors are respectful, quiet and friendly. Pool is beautiful and gym is always clean. My apartment setup is spacious, new and quiet. I feel at peace here. I would highly recommend to my friends or anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place."

"Over less than a year that I have been here management has ignored all my calls yet call me whenever they need rent. They also didn’t help me when my car got towed due to mis communication through there end. The manager of the building isn’t much help and switches up real quick on you. The walls are super think and you can hear just about everything that’s going on in the other units and once I called to complain there was no answer. No one comes when you request a service and they just about let anyone live here. Don’t recommend this place for the price, there are lots of other apartments in medical center and this one shouldn’t be on your list."

"I absolutely love living at MedWest! Haydee was incredibly helpful with the application process back in June for my August move-in. Both she and Adrian have been very communicative which made the move-in process very easy. They really go above and beyond! The apartment complex is gated, safe, new, and well-maintained. The amenities/services (pool, fitness center, study area, valet trash, etc.) are fantastic for residents. The parking is ample, and my unit has had no issues so far. I love all the natural lighting, patio, and spacious design! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!"
