"The leasing process was great. I called the office before stopping by to tour and was blessed to have Becky answer and help provide information on the apartments and deals for the holidays. Seeing the property convinced me further, with the location being around some great spots. Safety was another issue that I know I won't need to worry about since they keep one gate closed for safety. There was a delay on my part for thinking I needed a guarantor when I didn't. Even then, everyone at the office went out of their way to help move in the same day. Ivan and Arjeta were friendly as well and were able to push the application through quick. Pedro, on the maintenance team also went out of his way to get the keys done the same afternoon."

"I have lived at Firewheel for almost 4 years, and absolutely love it. I sadly had to give notice that I was going to move out at the end of the month because of a work opportunity, and when that opportunity fell through Barbara was amazing in helping me relocate to a new unit. She helped make a very stressful situation so easy and was able to take me to tour a new unit & lease it the same day that I explained my situation. I am so glad that I get to stay at this community. The amenities, especially the pool, are great. I've never had any issues with maintenance, packages, etc. Maintenance is very quick to help with any issues, even down to changing the air filters. Trash valet is so convenient, especially when living upstairs. I am also appreciative of the main entrance gate and the security system in every unit. I have always felt very safe living here as a single woman. The location is very convenient for me. I work in the medical center and have access to the rest of the city very easily. Tenants are friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend living at Firewheel!"
