"I lived at this complex for like 7 years moved out an came back one year later yes the place has gone down . I cleaned my apt an did not receive my deposit back. Super up setting . Especially when the apt has roaches when I first moved in the stove was old I made report a few times an stove got parts put in . Counter tops are not granite scratched up . If they wanted to make it right they would pay me my deposit back like I paid my rent an never late !"
"I live at Granite and it's a good place to live. It's a quiet, somewhat recluded area so it's good for ones that don't want too much noise. I had a few minor things I needed to get done at my place when I first moved in and it was handled within 2 days. The office is really receptive, especially Denise, she's really friendly and helping and great with questions. I'd recommend this place for others."
"I have lived in this complex for over 10 years. It has gone down hill in the last two years. The mailboxes have been REPEATEDLY broken into (please see another review below mentioning this issue). My new debit card was stolen and my bank account was "hacked". I have spoken to the office and their response is to call the post office. THAT HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY DONE. The post office's response is to sign up for emails showing upcoming mail deliveries, speak to the apartment office (possibly cameras), be at the mailbox as soon as the mail is delivered and/or rent a mailbox off site.. I am NOT the only resident that has had this issue. If I am forced to rent an off site mailbox, I WILL deduct that charge from my rent. This is now getting ridiculous. On a good note, maintenance, Robert, James and Jose are extremely helpful. Too bad the same can't be said for the office personnel..."
"I've lived here three years now... it used to be a property worth staying at when it comes to value & pride on where you live. This year I've seen a major decline in the maintenance of this property. I've addressed this with property management & maintenance and have yet to reach a resolution. It's Texas, it's HOT! If you want to cool down after work in your community's pool...... DON'T RENT HERE."
"The staff & Maintenance are very friendly. My issues are with the AC units. When I first moved in the AC was nice & cold. Within the first week my AC wouldn't get under 80 degrees. They cleaned the AC unit outside the house and the inside part & refilled it with Frion. My Electricity bill was over 200.00 for a 1 bedroom. I'd never paid over 80 bucks for Electricity before. After looking at the AC units outside there's a variety of them, some are small little squares less than 2 feet high. There are many old AC units that they won't replace until they genuinely break. So unless you want to add an extra 200 to rent I'd suggest making sure your AC unit for the APT isn't old."
