"I took my son there for a sick visit and they were amazing. I scheduled a followup appointment to establish his PCP and medications there because we’d recently moved to the area, but due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to make it and I forgot to cancel (my fault, I accept that). Instead of being understanding when I tried to schedule again I was told their policy is one no-show and you are unable to schedule any visits there ever again. They didn’t even ask why. Since they’d already changed his PCP in their system to a provider in that practice, his previous provider at Cook Children’s Denton was unable to refill his active prescription on their end. My son has received excellent care at Cook Children’s Southlake and North Denton. Don’t establish here unless you are without flaws because they aren’t understand of even one mistake."

From my text book 9yo boy always near the top of the growth curve, to my middle child who has a mild genetic disorder, to my newborn daughter who has had to fight through significant complications, Dr Mutyala gives her all and makes herself available at any time. I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise and support. Nurses are fantastic and it's worth putting up with the apathetic, if not sometimes off-putting, presence of the front desk. My kid was bit anxious and Dr. Merchant was very gentle and communicating with her all through making her comfortable and calm. She made our visit easy and comfortable. We will be back again. The front desk person was not very friendly to us though - didn’t acknowledge for a while when we just stood there at the reception and she didn’t communicate properly. But overall, we are very happy with Dr. Merchant!"
