"they’ll literally tow your car & have it impounded just for having a flat tire, i cannot make this up. & if you like working on junk cars or your car broke down guess what, they’re gonna tow it. management was late on rent THEY were late so one day they put a paper on EVERYBODYS door saying they need to pay THREE MONTHS of utilities in ONE week or else we were gonna get charged a $25 late fee EVERYDAY that we didn’t pay it."

"I submitted an application and got approved. I was told the waiting list was 2 months. It took them well over a year for them to call me with an available apartment. Of course they kept my application fee i was required to pay. They deserve less than 1 star ⭐️"

"New management is terrible at communicating. They had the website down for 3 months while they beautify the roof and we were told the website was going to be up which was the main reason why one of the ladies there stayed late. Anyway some of us rely on online payments and can’t go out of our way to pay in money order they didn’t send a notice saying the website is down you will need to pay early as we will be taking a vacation from June 30 to July 4 as the assisting management said, “not my problem and I am able to get a vacation just like everyone else” which understood but it would be more understandable if it wasn’t at a time where it could mess with people’s rent adding late fee because she doesn’t work at a place where she can take a vacation when rent is due her priority was herself and not on the tenants, if you can’t consider the tenants then should you really be working there? So the issue is poor communication and not fixing the main things (website for online payment) first.we ended up having to pay a late fee because of managements fault and her not taking responsibility for that just shows the level of professionalism and ability to work through problems and come ip with solutions for the tenants. If anyone can give me a corporate number that would be greatly appreciated. It is not fair that due to her poor communication poor work ethic tenants have to suffer paying an extra fee and sadly the old management isn’t here because they actually cared about the tenants not like this new management."
