"This apartment used to be nicer than some of the other student housing options but it has really gone downhill. Floors and hallways are never clean. There was dog poop and dirt all over the hallway for MONTHS before I called and asked for it to get cleaned, and even then they barely cleaned anything. There’s usually trash all over the inside and outside of the apartment. Parking is expensive compared to other apartments and on top of that they’re increasing the rent by $100. Front office is nice but they don’t really help much if you ask financial questions about the apartment. Overall, the quality of the place has gone down a lot and I would recommend living elsewhere, outside of student housing if you can."

"My daughter moved into Sterling Heights in August. After a horrible experience at another complex, that forced us to start looking for new housing with only a couple weeks before school started, I was pleasantly surprised when we called Sterling Heights. From the very beginning, Victoria was nothing short of amazing. Super friendly, and professional. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions and made us feel completely as ease with making the decision to stay here. She was super responsive to returning calls and following up with us. Even upon check in on the day of move in, she was right there with the same friendly demeanor and professionalism. It so nice, and very rare to get that kind of customer service and smiles from a lot the students working at the different student housing apartments. A huge appreciative shout out to Victoria."
