"The front office lady is down right awfully rude. Never smiles and often gives attitude for no good reason. Absolutely no professionalism what so ever and quality is awful. Please go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being instead of animal in a cage. EDIT: I lived here for 5+ years and when I first moved in, it was never this awful but over time, quality has severely dropped. Seriously, don't live here"

"This place is somewhere you don't want to live I started dating a tenant at the begging of this year and over a 7-8 month period of going over there, there was always something broken, leaking or mold coming out of the walls along with ants. They also won't ever fix anything without putting up a fight over it. When she moved in the dishwasher leaked and had the smell of ammonia in it from left over food rotting in it and it was rusty on top of that. It took them over a year to fix the leak and left all the other issues. Take your money else where these people don't care about your safety or well-being."

"It's nice and quiet and in a great location. However, maintenance takes a few weeks to respond to work orders and the appliances are old and never work properly. The apartments are run down and overpriced. When the winter storm hit in 2021 we did not have use of our washer/dryer hook-up for 4 months because they claim they were waiting on parts to fix the storm damage. Water is shut off for "emergency repairs" about twice a month. The pool water is green and full of leaves and dirt. The prior property manager Carla did much better job with the upkeep of the property. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! New to San Antonio..my son and I thought we got a really nice apartment boy were we wrong. Roach infested. Lived here 10 months was able to get out of my lease because one of the maintenance guys threatened my 21-year-old son for playing loud music at the pool during the middle of the day. Aside from not feeling safe and roach infested none of the work orders were ever completed. Dishwasher never work the whole time there, No closet doors in master bedroom, clogged bath tub upend moving which I had to do myself and as much more…like I said DO NOT RENT HERE!"
