"Nice layout horrible customer service when I lived there my mom’s car got broken into and they showed absolutely no empathy don’t understand why the girls in the office have so much attitude. Moving in there was a shooting outside ….actual apt was very nice but not worth the sketchy area, bad attitude from the office lady’s and towing issues. Good place to get your self off your feet and then go."

"THIS PLACE WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BBB DUE TO STEALING 250 FROM ME. I WAS TOLD TO APPLY FOR AN APPLICATION AND PROVIDE 18 $ ALONG WITH 250$ . THE SUPERVISOR THE STAFF ALL NOW ARE THEIVES. THEY RAN MY APPLICATION WITHOUT PAY STUBS AND SAID THEY HAVE TO KEEP THE 250 AND 18 DOLLARS DUE TO NOT QUALIFYING APPARENTLY I MAKE 1 DOLLAR OVER. BUT MIND YOU THEY ASKED FOR PAY STUBS AFTER RUNNING APPLICATION AND KEPT MONEY. BEWARE IF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM QUALIFY MY INCOME BEFOFE HAVING YOU SIGN AN APPLICATION . THEY PLAY YOU BY STEALING YOUR MONEY ORDER AND THEN RUNNING APPLICATION. THEY KEPT 250$ OF MINE AND NEVER IN MY 59 YEARS OF AGE HAVE I SEEN THIS. I BELIEVE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS PLACE OFFICE NEEDS LOTS HELP NEW PEOPLE NEED TO BE HIRED. TERRIBLE JOB THEY ARE DOING. I WILL CALL THE NEWS AND REPORT THIS. Destiny, Cynthia were the one's in this to STEAL THE MONEY ORDER OF 250.00 . MIRA VISTA PRESIDENT PLEASE INVESTIGATE THESE 2 EMPLOYEES OF YOURS THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY FOLLOWING YOUR GUIDELINES THEY ARE STEALING FROM ELDERLY BY ASKING FOR A DEPOSIT BEFORE AN APPLICATION IS RAN AND TELLING ELDERLY PEOPLE IT WAS NOT APPROVED. I ASKED BACK FOR 250. ANS WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT GIVE IT BACK ITS PART OF APPLICATION PROCESS. I HAVE RECEIPT AND TIME STAMPED OF WHO CASHES THIS MONEY ORDER. I WILL TAKE THIS TO MANY COMPLAINTS. THEY SHOULD TREAT ELDERLY WITH RESPECT"

"My application and move started as a complete nightmare thanks to Destiny, but thankfully she was no longer there at the time I was actually moving in. The ladies in the office saved the day and I was able to move in with a little bit of issues, but they corrected the mistakes. I have been living here for almost a month and I am extremely happy. Maintenance is at your home right the next day after putting any request, and they’re super nice! I thought it will be a nightmare being here after all the issues, but I love it here! If you can move here, do so!!"
