"The property is beautiful & well maintained. The front office staff is very understanding and always makes time, I have had to come many days during lunch and she’s worked with no complaints or attitude. Anytime I have an issue I can email & get a reply within a couple of minutes and sometimes hours. She remembers all members by face & apartment number which is something I’m not used to. I absolutely love it here for my daughter & I."

"I have enjoyed The Starling Apts so much. I have lived here for about 3 months and can’t say enough good things. The manager Ms.Rashonda Bell has been very helpful when I have called with questions, I am also impressed how well and quick she handles complaints and concerns. I really enjoyed her town hall meeting and was extremely thankful for the Thanksgiving meals that we received. The property is clean and I love my apartment and it’s amenities. I also appreciate the attention received from our maintenance requests, and the good job he does. I would also like to say that whenever you see the staff out on property they are friendly and always say hello. I would recommend The Starling Apts to all my friends and family."

"My sister has lived here for nearly a year and has had nothing but troubles from the front office. She recently went out of town on vacation and had a friend checking her mail and apartment. The office manager called the cops on them, was rude and escorted them off the property. Fast forward a couple weeks, I, her sister went to check her mail and property and they have changed her locks (mind you rent has been paid through Feb 2022). There was no notice of the locks being changed to my sister and now front office is claiming my sister never had any tvs in her space. She had two. Be very cautious of this complex and the people managing it."

"Been looking for a nice quite clean place to live for about 3 months then i ran across this little gem. The units are very well kept and pest free which is hard to find anywhere and new manager ms Bell is very kind and professional between finding a unit and getting the application finish she was very helpful and patient. She puts the star in starling thank you for a wonderful experience and cant wait to move in next month."

"My friend (Pauline) just moved here at the beginning of the month and has nothing but good things to say about the complex and staff she loves it & I wouldn't blame her they are beautiful and affordable. I would not underestimate these apartments for the bad reviews they just opened in June. I contacted the apartments myself and was advised at the moment they have fully occupied the complex. They advised I had to be put on a waiting list due to high volume. The staff was very nice when I called never did I get a bad vibe or rude response from them all they could do was answer truthfully and I respect that. I am happy my friend had the opportunity to move in here, hopefully next year I may have a chance myself?"
