"BEWARE. You do NOT want to live here!!!! My roommate and I made the mistake of renewing our lease last year because we mostly enjoyed our first year here. First of all, maintenance requests take FOREVER. Even in emergencies like our fridge breaking and all of our food spoiling. It was over a month before they replaced our fridge even when we kept calling every day and showing up to the leasing office asking about it. YIKES. Second, you can’t even enjoy the amenities because the pool is constantly closed. There are kids/teens here that were obviously not raised right and destroy the pool and the rest of the residents get punished for it. They’re also running around in the gym unsupervised and SCREAMING late at night in the court yard. And third, they have been charging us for renters insurance every month because they claimed they didn’t have our renters insurance policy in the system when I have emailed every month for 4 months with my policy attached. Whenever I call they say oh yeah we’ll take it off :) and then we’re charged again the month after. It’s so frustrating. Oh and I saved the best thing for last…they posted a vacate notice on our door that said we had to vacate our apartment in 3 days because we didn’t pay half of our rent which is NOT TRUE. As soon as I got a text saying we had a balance on our account, I called Arlene and she said that the payment is most likely taking longer because of their system but to check back the next day to make sure it’s not on there. And guess what!!! The next day we had a vacate notice on our door signed by Arlene!!! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is. 0/10."
"If I could put NO stars I would. I don’t normally write ugly reviews, but This place deserves it! This place is VERY unprofessional. The “manager” is RUDE doesn’t know how to Handle a situation, instead she mocks you. She deserves to be fired."
"Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received today when calling. I am being charged $300 due to trash bags being thrown under a stair way, an when requesting proof of the issue all I received was a “receipt” with my name in 1 “bag” of trash. It’s very disappointing to not have clarification on how exactly the trash got there and why I have to be the one to pay $300 for this matter. The office needs to add security cameras for reasons like this. I will definitely be moving once my lease is up, the manager didn’t seem to care on my confusion regarding this issue. I was informed that there is a $50 fee for each trash bag, I was told I had to pay $300 for 6 trash bags, keep in mind the fact that I NEVER even put the trash bags under no stair way at any point, but I was told the fees are NOT coming off. Apparently a “receipt” of my name in 1 trash bag is what was proof that I did this. When I asked for the proof they sent me a picture of “5 trash bags” not even the 6 trash bags. smh I have never experienced such unorganized wrongfully matter. Mind you again the trash was never even placed by me under stair way to begin with an moving forward I have to pay a $300 fee for 6 trash bags, but proof only shows 5 trash bags. Not that it matters to the office though. I have only been a resident going on 1 year an it will definitely not be longer than the 1 year once my lease is up. This is disappointing."
"The office never picks up the phone … None of the numbers work on the site or the phones are always down… Or they’re closed for some random reason, barely any guest parking yet they charge thousands…and now the Solution and process is wanting guest to pay to park Every two hours… Elizabeth is the only one that is ever nice and communicates effectively… I don’t know if it’s because they have a new company or what , But I’m personally on my last straw with this Complex…. on top of the fact that my car has been broken into twice since living here, they refuse to get cameras… And don’t even get me started on if they accidentally tow your car… Somehow your responsible"
"I just moved into Citadel at Westpoint the move in process was quick and easy , the staff are awesome especially Elizabeth Hawk the property manager she was courteous and accommodating I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The area is beautiful and the location is exceptional. Hope to be your neighbor soon."
