"DO NOT rent from Rosemont @Miller's Pond. Maintenance takes forever, if they show up at all. They have the cheapest appliances. My new microwave doesn't work and the dishwasher doesn't work either. The new stove they brought in doesn't stay at the setting it's on. Frying food is difficult because the stove setting goes down. The fridge is leaking water and the freezer is almost all ice. They don't care! I was told to take measurements and buy one on my own. No Thanksgiving this week. I was told that the budget doesn't allow for appliances. For starters, I had to throw away $20 worth of salmon.There isn't any agency that can help. Be sure that you can afford to buy your own appliances. If you call, the mailbox is full. What happens if there is an emergency?! THEY DON'T CARE! STAY AWAY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"If you are planning on moving here, think really hard and find a place that is worth staying. I've been here sometime and have to warn you this place is never on time or really caring for your welfare or safety. If you love having your house in order, you would not want to be here this place is filthy, work order that needed to be done and adequately are never close to that if you like your car broken in ,filthy neighbors and selfish staff. Even the new ones here are really not here for you, plain and simple it's horrible here and if you think your mailboxes are secured they are not, pools never open and it's just filthy all around trash everywhere...but heed this warning before you come here..visit.. but don't stay...leaving soon."

"In the middle of June someone tried getting into our mailbox and broke something In the key hole. Went to management and they said they would get maintenance to get the keyhole fixed. Meanwhile management had been holding onto our mail in the office and I would collect from them. Come July 1st it was brand new management they didn't mentioned and got rid of all the staff. I went 11 July to collect my mail and I was surprised to be greeted by new staff. When I mentioned my situation and was there to pick up the mail no one had no clue as to what was going on. When I thought my situation was being fixed it was just let go of like the staff was. The new management barely even let me get out a question as she kept implying "no I don't know" But they made sure to send out a letter stating they will be collecting rent in money order but not bothered to take over the maintenance problems around the complex HORRIBLE."
