"I had just recently applied to this apartments., I had talked to the manager about my situation. Went tru a hard time with my credit., good income good rental history. She said yes no problem I will approve you. Did application got denied after I had explained about my credit challenges. I said no problem I need my refund., manager said it will take up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I kept emailing her and calling her I spoke to a few of her leasing agents everyone giving me the run around. She doesn’t answer her emails nor she will return your calls. I am happy I wasn’t approved honestly! Very unprofessional! No one follows tru !"

"Lots could be better with the community, but the apartments are nice. Garages are super tiny at a big price that doesn’t match the size, there’s a raccoon problem by the trash. My apartment had a ton of issues when I moved in. 2 issues I saw when I viewed the apartment days before I moved in, had to request 1 be fixed twice when I moved in, and the other still hasn’t been fixed. And I found a bunch of other issues since I started moving in that haven’t been fixed. Told front office and also submitted requests through the app. Been here for a week now. Paint all over my floors and windows, I disconnected the dryer & there is a dead bird in the dryer tube, my front door doesn’t lock properly, smart home works intermittently, one of my kitchen drawers is messed up, the fridge has rust like spots on it, my kitchen sink faucet sprayer dangles, & there’s more issues I’ve found & Still waiting for them to be fixed. The 1 great experience I’ve had here is speaking with Obi. Only person I’ve interacted with that seems to at least care. Not even management seems to really care about issues which sucks but, not like I can do anything about that"

"Do not move here ! Not even going into detail the pictures say enough. I got my keys 10/18 tried to get out my lease 10/20 they declined . I didn’t stay at this place not one night . Moved all my stuff out 10/23."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! We lived there for less than 8 months and wow do not recommend. They will charge you $300+ for “pet odor” when our dog has never peed or pooped in the apartment and gets groomed monthly. (Nobody could tell us what the “odor” was but it was sooooo bad that the carpets had to be replaced.. like what?) We had mold in our window seals & bathroom vents. Cars and mailboxes are constantly being broken into. Nobody cleans up after their dogs. Luckily we lived on the first floor because the elevator is always broken.. the list goes on. Stay far away!! The only person there that seems to care is Obi so s/o to him for being the only one to actually get things done."
