"I've been living here for a couple of years, I got some stuff repaired, they moved me to a brand new apartment while they fixed my old one!"

"Not even 1 star worthy, (but would not post unless i put a star) lived there 1 year moved 2 times due to SEVERE LEAKS that have molded the drywall, If you have a emergency you better hope its on a Thursday thats the only time they work at these apartments. I tried to have a adult conversation with sally but she gaslights you and tells you its your fault for moving to the complex ( FYI I HAVE THAT CONVO RECORDED) I highly recommend you record everything! I feel bad for the sweet people that live there they are older and probably have alot of medical issues that they have no choice but to stay! AND SALLY KNOWS THAT TOO. MY suggestion if you have a choice DONT LIVE THERE .. I tried to get Sally boss info but she refused to cooperate with the information. The hole in the wall exposed my bathroom so guess what if its 32 degrees outside ur bathroom inside is 32 degrees they did not care. those AC units were dropped from the top of the building with no care to residents that were walking by and SALLY was standing there and did not warn the residents walking by JUST FYI!!!"

"Good luck getting anything fixed if you are in a non-remodel apartment. My mom's apartment leaks and ac and carpet needs to get replaced. It seems they won't fix anything because she won't move into one of their remolded apartments. Also my mom has a lot of roaches. They do pest control but its not doing much for my mom. Its seems that the residents don't throw trash out daily. they keep trash indoors and the roach's never go away."

"If you’re trying to get an apartment here. DONT! I repeat. DONT! DO NOT. There’s plenty of other apartments that will take care of you. This place is the worse. Thank god i finally made it out. Worse management! Worse maintenance! Worse everything. There’s better apartments i promise. Keep looking. DONT LIVE HERE. You will regret it. I promise."

"I went in person on Friday the 12 and no one was in the office. Mind you it was office hours then called about an hour later no one picked up. Fine Called today and Ms. Sally I'm guessing she's the manager had a voice mail saying she will be out for the day. This is just ridiculous! I will try again tomorrow April 16 to see what excuse they have for me. Update: April,18 Still nobody at the office I call and a voicemail keeps coming up over and over again. .nobody must work there. Just pathetic! !"
