"I only gave it a two-star because they did get us in in a timely manner. but once we were living there and the previous manager Priscilla was something else. I know we should not talk badly about anyone but this lady gave us such a hard time. The people above her did work things out with us. It sad that we had to go above her in order to get professionalism. I called recently and they told me that she is no longer there. Hopefully God will direct Priscilla to a better path where she will be happy and make others happy. I am considering of reapplying hoping that I could get in again. I'm waiting to see if they're going to remodel the apartments. They are so old and run-down. But the maintenance man there Frank is the best. He really tries to complete all work orders and does his best as limited"

"The manger does her job and she is fair. Maintenance is alot better then before. I have no complaints ."

"It is an old property but I have been living here for a long time and the customer service is great. The last manager was extremely nasty and rude she was never in the office and not professional at all .... The new manager has been here for about 1 yr now she is actually in the office during working hours. I can actually put in a work order and have the work be done. And I dont have to guess if there will be someone in the office. It was such a hassle."
