"Horrible place to live. Sewage comes out of drains into apartments. Management won't honor lease. Hateful against people whom are different and/or Disabled. Severe bug and mold issues. Management enters units without consent and things turn up missing. Use of illegal denial of utilities tactics(turning of water and locking laundry room ect.)for days on end. Mold roaches fleas bedbugs and mice infestation. Dangerous place to live. Management is all smiles until lease is signed then they become rude with a superiority complex. Worst place in san Antonio find another place this one is bad"

"We moved in here during June. Boy have I had tons of issues. Before we had signed the lease we weren’t even allowed to look at the apartment we were moving in to. When we did we noticed how badly kept the apartment was. There was a huge red nasty puddle in our 2nd bed room. There was no ac. The shower handles DIDNT work. Meaning we had to us pliers for more then 3 months to turn on our shower or bath. The maintenance never help. You tell them an issue and they take the longest to come to your door to fix it. They don’t even fix the issue they usually say “oh we don’t have the tools for this. Let me run to Lowe’s real quick.” And you’ll never see them again. There were a load of holes in the walls that they poorly patched up. Only one burner on the stove works. The front gates don’t close so this place is really bad with criminals. Two months into moving here all of us were awaken up more than twice by gun shots. They did the worst to cover the blood on the concrete. And even managed to leave bullets behind for little kids to play with. Maintenance come in unannounced with or without your approval. Another HUGE issue is the amount of nasty critters. The first two days we all moved in we had to bleach the whole apartment. We set up so many roach traps and we still struggle with them today. There was tons of rats running around and you’ll occasionally hear them in the middle of the night fighting each other in the walls. My daughter is allergic to mold and when we moved she couldn’t stop getting sick because of it. One day I laid my hand on the wall to help me push myself of the carpet and since the walls were paper thin it made the biggest hole in it. Come to find out there was mold all in the walls. I even took multiple pictures of the amount of mold I found. My daughter had to visit the hospital many times due to the amount of her getting sick so we’re moving very quickly. We also had found out later by residence that the apartment we lived in was owned by a man who had abused his wife and killed his son. No wonder where the big red puddle came from. And the worst of all is the management. The management acts like their the nicest but when you move in they barely assist you. The woman in charge of accounting always judge people. She rude as well. She complains about anything she can. Just because she had a bad day. When we had moved in the first day there was a weird lady who worked for management that was siting on the floor looking really dusty just blowing balloons weirdly. She just sat there. Wasn’t even fixing anything. AND THE AMOUNT OF BED BUGS WE’VE HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! Also we asked the maintenance men to fix our ac but when the asked the accountant lady she refused. She came back to our apartment abd went off about our cats that we clean after everyday. Everyone was aware of us having cats. Not only that but she said that ‘people’ were complaining about the cats order. She knows we lived next to like 4 people who have animals they don’t even take out. Yet the time we wanted the ac fix she just had to say she couldn’t because of our cats. Like what? Worst place honestly. They have to parole the place with cops at night because of all the gang violence. And that’s a lot specially in the valley hi area. This place is considered the ‘hood’. Don’t move in. It’s really filthy. They also steal your clothes and if you take longer then two minutes to get your clothes people will take them out and throw them either on the floor or the table. They illegally lock the laundry mat as well at 8 pm. If ur clothes are in it too bad. Also if you pull up the carpet you’ll see all the bed bugs. That’s a crazy sight to see when your moving out. They also turn on and off the water each day. And some people houses flood when it rains. We tried moving before but the owner of the apartment threatened to take us to court because we would’ve broken the least. Now we’re not even bothering paying our rent because we want them to evict us already. We’ve had a lot done to us here and we’re just all done. Thank u for reading."

"It's an ok place for the price, what else do you expect. If your Neighbor's are clean then you won't have a roach probably. The staff was real nice and helpful to me. If I needed my Apartment sprayed it got sprayed, but if you have nasty neighbor, then you will get roaches like they do. I stayed here twice."
