"So in the last month our water has been shut off at least 7 times. Only got one warning and even then the estimated time was 12 hours longer than expected with no update or notice. When the sewage over filled bout a year ago, this complex let sewage water drain out with toilet paper and no one ever cleaned it up. Literally eroded away. Can never get the property manager to give us a heads up. I have a newborn, and this is a constant issue. Pools never clean or open in the summer. Never can get a maintenance request in. I have the same leaking fridge for over a year when I was promised it'd be fixed. I work too hard for these kind of services. Also they tell us oh it's saws when in fact no it's not, I have to go between them like lil kids to find out what's goin on. Also they say the cat problem is cause they are ferrel and can't do anything yet the other complexes next to us never have this problem. Complex is a joke and the management even worse."

"This was our very first Apartment and my Husband and I really appreciate Alex the Manger for giving us an opportunity, considering we had no renters credit history. Alex and Monique were very understanding. The complex is an old establishment but family oriented. We enjoyed the place, but we now moved to a Townhome. Timbers Edge was like a steppingstone for us. Thank You Alex and Monique fir being so caring and giving us a chance. This place is recommended for many reasons the staff does care, Joe the maintenance was nice and helpful and when someone needs an opportunity to get started our live in friendly environment TIMBERS EDGE IS WHERE YOU CAN START! "Please ask if their dishwashers are working as they have not fixed them ACROSS THE COMPLEX since I moved in (8/21) to moving out 11/22 and they blamed the freeze. Overall clean and quiet never had issues with the community, the management however is difficult to get a hold of or to get to do anything so pls read up on tenant rights beforehand as they will try to do underhanded things. I also would ask to view the apt before receiving the keys and be adamant about a tour for your sake and to show up to the office because they’re horrible about managing their appointments as if they purposefully duck out to avoid you."

"Finally! After searching and searching I finally found a great place to live. It wasn’t on the expensive side of town and it wasn’t on a sketchy side of town. It was right here nestled in the middle of life as we know it and a quiet neighborhood with walking paths located near by. I have to admit that at first I thought I was going to have problems. However after getting to know management I honestly could not have asked for anything more. Alexandra made sure I was comfortable. Responsive and surprising polite and willing to help at every turn. I say surprisingly because My last two complexes made sure I knew they did not care as long as the rent was in. I did not get that here. I had some medical issues arise and Miss Alex did her best to work with me during my hardship. You don’t fund this often. Eventually I was able to catch up. I cannot thank you enough for this act of kindness! Unfortunately I was not able to renew my lease due to the fact that I got laid off from my job, but even then, she wanted to see how she could help me. Wow. Thank you Timbers Edge and especially you Alex. If I find myself in your area again, I will defiantly look forward to making my home there again"
