"Office staff is so unprofessional. This place is the worst by far apartment I’ve ever lived at. Apartment is all falling apart in my unit. Everything is cracking on walls/ceiling. This apartment is something else. Be advised I won’t recommend this place. This place has been horrible since day one of moving in. I would give this place zero stars if I could."

"Lived here for about 4 years. For the most part the grounds are kept clean, having a pool is great, access to the dumpsters is convenient, access to mailboxes is also convenient and the apartments themselves are decent. Also the exercise room exists. It only has a few machines, but they are versatile. Not a fan of the rent hikes each year I've been here and the lack of security. Residents' vehicles and my own have been vandalized multiple times with no response from the office. Complaints sent in about the gates being left open were responded to in the slowest possible fashion(felt like it took a whole year). All in all, the apartments are decent, I just wish we had more support from our office."

"Friendly staff and quick to respond maintenence. One time they even showed up late at night when I locked myself out on accident. Thanks to the local cats, I haven't seen a single mouse or roach in all my years living here. I've had times where I had to leave Amazon packages sitting on my front door for many hours and not a single incident. Truly blessed experience =)"

"I've been a Westpond tenant for over 2 years now. Some rowdy neighbors here and there, but aside from that, staying here has been pleasant. Very mannerable and attentive staff as well. Above all, I'm especially impressed with the resident maintenance guy, Matthew. A very humble, and diligent fellow. His tenacity and sincerity is a combo that makes him a rare gem. I usually spot him alone, zipping across the hot Texas parking lot answering calls of all kinds. I was especially won over when I witnessed him come out during after-hours in the cold, pouring rain while weaving his way through ruffled, and confused tenants (myself included) to help fix a fire panel issue. A faulty mechanic was causing our fire alarm to blare uncontrollably. Only he was able to help the fighters take care of the issue since he had the workings to our building panel. I've stayed in other complexes prior to this one, and it's not often I come across guys like him. He brought a great amount of relief to us that night since we could not reach the main office. I might even say he's set the bar for what I look forward to in searching for future complexes. Keep up the good work in taking care of staff like him, please? A pretty apartment means nothing if it can't stay functional, or trusted. Easy-going handworkers like this Mr. Matthew are hard to come by these days. With my repair issues, he's been in and out in no time. He won't hide info from you if things are beyond his abilities either. Sincerity goes a long way, ya know? Keep it up please!"
