"San Miguel exceeded my expectations. The office staff are very helpful, Cheyenne helped me out so much and was of great help with the process. The maintenance team has also been of amazing help as well. Love the community, by far the best!!!"

"This is not my first apartment community, but the first with the best customer service! I love being a resident here. I know they get so busy in the office but whenever I need anything like a work order or a/c filter they get my request handled. Communication with maintenance has been better. I had needed a part for my dryer and they let me know when it it was coming in. The constant communication is great. This was lacking at most of the communities I lived in. The dog park is great and big. The office said the are getting bids to add a sidewalk in. We also have valet trash which is great. It would be nice if the neighbors wouldn't keep the trash out all day. We also have Fetch. I am getting used to it. But instead of shipping to my door, it gets sent to some warehouse and fetch contacts me for a delivery time that I will be home to receive it. Much safer this way as I know packages get stolen. I already pay for this service here so it finally made sense to use it rather than complain. I also like that have resident events here too. The people who host the events are really great. They contacted me about my move in and let me know about the events. I look forward to the events now. They always food and lots of neighbors attend. But overall I know apartment communities are not perfect, but this one does seem to take care of things. I like it here and plan to renew my lease here."

"Nice apartment community! I love the gym and my apartment. The office staff seems very nice. I was able to have everything done online which made it easy to just pick up my keys. I can't wait till it get warmer to use the pool."

"Lived here 3 months so far. This place charges way more than what it is worth. Constantly sending emails about stolen packages. If you forget to pay rent, even by a day management is quick to try and kick you out instead of sending a reminder about rent( with the ugliest attitude I might add). Constant car burglars that the apartment complex refuses to do anything about(including not putting up a single camera or reinforcing the fences). Also good luck trying to find parking after 9pm because they don’t care who lives here and who doesn’t. They are happy to take your money and not give you the time of day for any of your problems. You will definitely not regret choosing to live somewhere else!"

"I’m currently a resident of San Miguel and cannot wait for my lease to end. All I can say is don’t be fooled. This was my first apartment and worst mistake I made. Pest are everywhere, you can’t walk outside without seeing some type of rodent. PARKING!!! Parking is “not guaranteed” as it says in there 60 page lease but you must pay 40 dollars per car ? It makes no sense & I never am able to park in my own complex because it’s ALWAYS full. People that don’t even live here take all the parking and i’m forced to park outside of the complex. After a 12 hr shift I parked in a handicap spot just so I could park near my apartment I got towed immediately!! I told the complex how I had to pay 280 to get my car out because of their parking issue and the only other option was to park outside of the entire complex!! they said “thank you for letting us know”. No issues have been fixed, I have provided proof that the parking lot is full but yet the people that pay to live here have nowhere to go. Crime is also a huge issue and car break-ins happen every week, I had over 1k stolen from me but yet they want me to feel comfortable parking my car outside of the complex. I pay over 45 dollars in water monthly which makes no sense (they charge by building) and my rent went up 200 dollars more than what I was initially told on my lease. I brought that up to the front desk and they stated “if you read the whole thing, some pages show extra charges” but isn’t on the front page that’s supposed to have everything listed that I will pay?? (mind you these extra charges are things you will never use or even understand what they are). Horrible place. Please take my advice and avoid at all cost, especially if you’re new to apartment living!"
