"I've enjoyed living here. Maintenance is super fast. My only complaint is the payment system: I paid utilities today ($60) and the convenience fee was $30. Please find a new system. This is unacceptable."
"Do not stay here. Previous tenant of this complex. Everything was fine until discovery of black mold in the unit the office staff and their contractors are not in communication with each other. We have videos of contractors telling us what the actual mold damage is and the office is down playing it and making us cover the damage cost. The staff can be nice when they want but can also be very rude. Do not stay here."
"This is the worst apartment complex ever. I visit my girlfriend regularly and one night I forgot to register my vehicle. They had my car towed without giving me a chance to fix the situation. $220 DOLLARS TO GET IT BACK. The management was unable to help me at all. I highly recommend you consider another place to live. There are other places close by who won't tow your guest. Response back.. I already came into your office and yall refused to help. The only thing you did do is ask who I was visiting. I wonder why... Contacted them again.. No help"
"Horrible experience!!! We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Vandalism is a daily thing, next door neighbor had tires slashed! My own car had three tires completely deflated overnight and I pay for reserved parking! Staff is completely uncaring, greedy and once you’re in they ignore your service requests. The day I was supposed to move in, after being delayed for one week due to a broken pipe, outdated appliances and fixing the disgusting bathtub, I walked in and the first thing I see outside my door is a big blood stain, broken glass and a bottle of wine. I’ll post the pictures. I have shopped for apartments before, as I attend UTSA, but no other building complex is as outdated, has the most disgusting bathroom fixtures and leaking faucets. Ready for the worst part? Small and medium size roaches come out of EVERYWHERE! Despite spraying and pest control. Hidden fees, loose nails in the parking lot and careless pet owners who refuse to leash their pitbulls. My son asked me yesterday why does the police come every day and talk to residents, because they got robbed that’s why. They can see you from the parking lot behind the apartments, where businesses like Starbucks, Las Palapas and Wok Inn customers see you leave your apartment and even sneak through the fence till you run to your car and lock the door. Terrifying AF. Just fyi, the mailman is so lazy and uncaring that he leaves all sorts of mail on top of a big trash can, where anybody can go and grab your tax refund, bank statement or even the cute top you ordered from QVC. The staff, all female, all Hispanic placed you on hold and disconnect you, and they NEVER call you back. It constantly smells like Diesel, thanks to the huge lines outside the drive through restaurants in front of the building and the gates get stuck constantly, I mean daily, codes rarely work and water outages are very common thanks to the old buildings and poor plumbing. Traffic noise is unbearable, it’s right in front of 1604, and the majority of residents are Indians, Muslims and Blacks, needless to say fights are a common sight, constantly speeding in the poorly designed parking lot and extremely expensive for the apartment size. Look for a safer, newer and less vandalized place. We’ve only been here for three months and all of our building neighbors are new and already hate it."
