"they need to improved a lot of stuff, staff is behind, stairs and location are dirty, they do not clean the building areas, owner needs to take a tour to this location to see what we are complaining about, if the managers would be doing a good job, this place would have a 5 stars review, not 3.5 stars, swimming pool is dirty during the summer, laundry even if there is a camera it's always super dirty, they never clean, they said to me i cannot even do a oil change for my car, but there is a guy working as a mechanic on building 8, people go to the park to smoke their weed, so its a lot of fun for the people that live here. manager TJ seems to don't care when making suggestions or telling her complains about all the stuff that is happening in the complex. a lot of empty apartments in bad conditions and she will tell you there is nothing available to rent."

"I visit and when I do the trash bins are always full trash on the side. People have to put their trash outside.gym is not open even though they pay for it.dog poop all over the complex ."

"The experience over two years was not that great. The office is always switching management teams, so they are always behind. We had a plumbing issue, so every time the neighbors would flush, our apartment would get backed up. I would definitely consider this an emergency, but they decided to come the next day once the on call guy couldn't fix it. Total mess everywhere. Since they never sent us a renewal letter, we just decided to move out. This is where it gets interesting. We were in contact with the office once we decided to move and drafted a letter that we were moving. Our last day was OCTOBER 28th. Since that day, we have never heard back from the office about our deposit or retro rent back pay. We sent over forwarding address and all when we sent the letter back in OCT. Also, in our letter, I had asked for a walk-through with the management team to ensure we weren't getting bogus damage fees, but that never happened. It's currently DECEMBER 26th, and still no letter or money returned."

Changes do not happen instantaneously; however, she is injecting fresh energy, cultivating a cheerful and inclusive atmosphere for both tenants and her brand new staff throughout daily operations. Over the past three months, I have noticed that they've been diligently making improvements, paying attention to detail and ensuring that residents enjoy an upgraded, and comfortable living environment. Their commitment to ongoing enhancements (socials for the children) reflects a proactive approach to creating an even better community. This new staff is friendly, welcoming, and are readily available to assist residents with any inquiries or concerns, contributing to a positive living experience and continue providing excellent customer service. This apartment complex is a gated community featuring well-maintained grounds. The inviting pool area is fenced in and surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Convenient bicycle racks have been strategically placed throughout and there are two modern playgrounds that cater to children of different ages, ensuring a family-friendly environment. The stylish clubhouse host events ie. bingo, arts and crafts for the kids and offers complimentary coffee, hot cocoa and teas."

"They lack in communication! They take long my daughter has been waiting for the past 3 months to see if she qualifies. They tell her yes then they say they had to do something with her paperwork. Then they turn around and say she’s good but still til this day she hasn’t been able to move in. Their so call turn around time is a week and it’s taking 3 months to hear back. Corporate has been called and email only to be given the same runaround. They can’t do simple math bc if they did they would know she qualifies instead of telling her she’s over the income limit. Simple math people take the check stubs and do the math. Voe completed 3-4 damn times!!! When they have her check stubs and it tells them what she’s made for the year thus far. RIDICULOUS hire competent people!!! Don’t waste your time on these apartments. At this point I told her to look else where."
