"I want to be very transparent about our time and experience here over the course of two years. My husband and I are originally from San Antonio but I was stationed out of the state and finally got stationed BACK here and chose these apartments because he actually lived here when he was a teenager and we thought it’d be nice to come back! We contacted the apartments when Brian was still in the leasing office and he made the process incredibly painless. We weren’t able to do anything in person because we were still in Florida but he stayed communicating with us until we actually moved and got settled into our apartment. We eventually welcomed our baby girl into our family while living here and being an anxious first time mom i honestly felt extremely safe living here. Every time i went out for a walk, i always saw maintenance workers out and about at the same time ,so even though it’s not their jobs, they definitely made me feel safer around the complex. Also had my baby shower in the Apartments clubhouse and they made the whole event very easy and simple to get set up. The ONLY negative I can think of that occurred while living here was our AC going out while my daughter was a newborn and unfortunately she would get extremely bad heat rashes and maintenance told me it wasn’t an emergency to come get the AC fixed even though it was 79 degrees inside the apartment with the ceiling fans on. Maintenance still came by shortly after and fixed it for us so no harm done or feelings hurt. With all that being said i just want to thank the staff here for making our lives a little easier when moving in and out of here. Our family turned from two to three people while living here and I will always have very good things to say about this complex."

"We had lived here about 1 year, we had decided to renew our lease and had a horrible experience. We were rushed and lied too, the leasing agent told us we would have to do an immediate move in due to supposedly there not going to be any apartments available when our lease originally was supposed to be up in September instead we were rushed to move into something in July which was very inconvenient for us, and just to find out the tenants under moved within 2 weeks after we moved in so there indeed were many a parents available around our originally end lease date. They were rushing us into the new apartment when it was not even ready for move in. No washer and dryer that we paid for, mold on the walls, holes all in the walls, not cleaned properly. For the price they were asking almost 2000 in rent the apartment was just unacceptable. Every time we tried calling the office the phones were down. It was a horrible experience. Came with no valet trash that you have to pay 30 dollars a month for they made us take our old one from the previous apartment. I asked for a new mail key about 3 months ago and still haven’t heard anything, they gave us the wrong mail keys for the new apartment. We couldn’t even stay in our apartment for a whole week due to them having to repaint. Made me regret even renewing. Also forgot to mention our microwave didn’t work, our refrigerator didn’t work, our ac didn’t work, the list goes on. They shouldn't have rushed us into an apartment we couldn’t even live in. They also showed us an apartment they told us we would be moving into and than moved us into a while different unit that was not ready. I leave a one star due to our experience at move in, the leasing agent helped as much as she could and we loved her despite the inconvenience of the apartment not being ready for move in and the price we had to pay for that. We love the maintenance team here and the apartment in general we just wish our experience had been better especially since we were second time tenants."

"I’ve lived at The View for a couple weeks now and I only have good things to say. The location is great, being very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and retail shops. The front office staff was very patient and helped me throughout the entire application and moving process, even waiving an administrative fee as part of a promotion. Bekkah, one of the leasing specialists at the front office, was extremely professional in helping me find an apartment that was in my budget, making sure that it had all the amenities I needed. One of the things that really wow'd me about The View were the apartment floor plans and contemporary amenities in my unit. Everything feels very modernized and is a huge step above many other apartment complexes in San Antonio. The community itself is very safe, with residents using a gate remote to drive inside, and visitors having an alternative but very secure method of contacting residents to open the gates for them. The maintenance staff are available 24/7 and always assist in a timely manner. They also have a great sense of humor too :) There are resident events that happen frequently throughout each month, which often involve food trucks or more seasonal events depending on the time of year. Covered car parking and detached car garages are affordable, with there often being a spot available close to an apartment of choice. In addition, residents have access to either on-site laundry or can rent in-unit laundry machines depending on their preference. Residents also have access to an on-site Amazon locker which keeps packages very secure. As you can tell, I really love living here and cannot recommend it enough :)"
