"This is my favorite rental thus far. Its so pretty inside and out. So much to do in the neighborhood. I appreciate the warm colors, all the windows, spaces, sidewalks, a small pet park, valet trash pick up and the parking. Big mirror also in the bathroom and so much more to enjoy. Great kitchen space and appliances. I am very happy. Most important the staff here is so helpful and attentive as I had questions. They really have a good natural customer service. "Moved in to Birdsong at Alamo Ranch today. The process from selection of my unit all the way through today has been amazing. Ilycia worked really hard to make sure it was stress free and everything she needed was clearly described. Unit was clean and ready for move in."

"For the most part I enjoyed my time at Birdsong. However, Larisa is extremely rude and condescending. I had questions about the move out and was simply looking for some clarifications on their policy. I was debating about maybe staying on additional day to clean the unit even more than we already had. When I called to get some additional information I received attitude and comments like "if you had questions about the move out process you should have asked when you signed the notice to vacate, not the day you are moving out." She made zero attempt to see if there was anything I needed help with or even what the situation was. She was short and in my opinion very unprofessional. Her customer service and people skills are atrocious. My partner also had a few very negative encounters with her as well. It got to a point where if she was the one in the office, we would leave and come back when Ilycia was working. I would have rated this property higher if it were not for Larisa. If you rent from this property I recommend that you ask to work with Ilycia. She is so patient with questions, quick to respond and very sweet. HUGE KUDOS to her! I really appreciated how helpful and professional she was. The property itself is beautiful. The amenities are great. The maintenance crew is super nice but, to no fault of their own, are short staffed so it takes time to get things done. The valet trash is a total scam. You do not have the option of opting out. While I lived here, I cannot event begin to count how many times my trash went 2-3 days without being picked up. I reported it to the front office several times but nothing was really done to fix the issue or make it right. Total waste of $300. There is only 1 dumpster on the entire property and on days that the valet does not come, it is impossible to throw out your trash because the dumpster is either locked or completely full and overflowing with trash."
