"This is an outdated, over priced complex with minimal maintenance or upgrade. Ripping off foreigners and selling out overrated Coppell Schools. Cabinets are so Old with holes behind them. Dish washer blocking kitchen drawers and sticking out. Old AC units so dirty. Oven steaming out of stove ( OLD ). Unbelievably a SAFETY HAZARD with windows sealed and do not open at all! Uneven Floors with nails sticking up after a month of moving in. RATS everywhere do not confuse them with the rabbits. Do not move Here."

"I moved out of here months ago, I never leave reviews because I am usually pretty understanding as far as knowing no place can be perfect. This place absolutely does have a roach problem and I experienced it for months to the point I wouldn’t even cook in my apartment anymore. They always told me there was nothing they could do. There is also some sketchy tenants living here that harass young women. If you are a young female or someone with children I wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason. No one should have to deal with roaches in a place they pay for, I only felt the need to write this for the sake of people being safe and healthy in their home."

"I've lived here for over six years and overall it's been a decent place to live. I want to start out by saying I recommend it. PRO: The office staff are very nice. Any problems with the apartment that I've have are fixed quickly. The two maintenance workers (Joseph and Lamont) are always fantastic. They are fast, polite, respectful, and they know their craft. It's a safe location where I don't have to worry about theft or break-ins. The walls and floors are thick so you won't hear your neighbors very well from inside their apartment unless they are extremely loud. CON: Rent rose over 7% from 2019-2020 (Which is high! Normal increase is around 3 to 5%) and in 2022 it went up 15%!!! While it's a nice place to live I don't know if the price hikes are becoming worth it if you plan on living here for an extended period."
