"We have loved it here very much! The community events are adorable and the area is so quiet. I couldn’t imagine a better home. Our dogs love the dog park and the trail behind the property. Parking is great and we haven’t had any issues!"

"Nice apartment! The bathroom doorways are a little small and that's where the washer/dryer hookups are in our unit. Definitely measure yours before trying to get it inside. It's hit or miss getting responses to emails to the front office but that is at most apartment complexes from my experience. Would still definitely recommend it here! Great location close to DFW airport and close to sooo many good restaurants! Oh and really great amenities, especially the pools and gyms."

"Great experience so far. Victoria helped me get set up and all of the staff members were helpful and informative with my questions. No major issues that would make me discourage others to come here. However, there is only one first world problem I have. Parking. Finding parking can be a struggle depending on the time you get to your apartment, but if you don't mind walking an extra 2-3 minutes to your apartment, this shouldn't be a problem. Overall, my experience here at St. Marin has been wonderful. The office staff has been great to me and the maintenance team fixed issues in my unit. I would definitely encourage my friends to come to St. Marin."

"Update!! The roaches just keep on coming its been less than a month here and 5 roaches! This is ridiculous and they are huge! Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place. I chose this apartment because I didn’t see one comment about pests. I moved in 3 weeks ago and I have already seen 2 roaches! I am very upset because they lure you in by the aesthetic of the front office but once you move in you see how old the apartments are. The walls have cracks in the them. The toilet has a crack in it. I sent an order in for pest control they came in and sprayed but I still see roaches! Also when we moved in the place was so dusty and wasn’t cleaned properly."

"I love these apartments and the staff here. We have lived here for a year, and our lease is coming to a close only moving because we are moving to another city. Firstly, we moved here without seeing the apartments since we were moving from out of state. Marie was beyond helpful with answering our questions and helping us get settled in. She has always super friendly and nice. The facilities are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The neighbors are kind. My only qualm is that we did have to do a deep cleaning when we moved in. I'm not sure how well or if the apartment was cleaned before we came. Things were promptly addressed by the leasing office and maintenance, though. I would definitely reccomend living here to anyone!"
