"This location pleasantly surprised me! Both the evening and morning front desk clerk were incredibly pleasant and enjoyable to visit with. The room was clean as was the property in general. It is conveniently located without being in an area that was loud, so I guess it’s kind of tucked into a business area."

"Tru by Hilton exceeded my expectations especially the front desk staff. The woman that was working on 1/15 at 8:30 pm was my hero! She was exceptionally helpful and kind. We had a horrible travel day and she helped us get back on our feet. She made sure we had everything we needed from wine to toothbrushes and deodorant. I really appreciate how kind and accommodating she was. The hotel was very clean and well stoked. I would absolutely stay here again."

"My sister and I stayed here on the night of 1/16 and checked out 1/17. When we checked in the person working the check in area was very busy but she was kind. Her name was Mariah. She asked us if we could wait while she helped another guest. When she got to us she was very pleasant and was able to get us check in quickly. When we got to the rooms they were decent sized and comfortable. The shower water was not very hot but it wasn’t uncomfortable by any means. Upon check out the girl working the front (did not catch her name) was extremely rude. She seemed to be bothered to help check us out. Over all the hotel is nice"

"Check in was quick, parking was easy, the room is clean and has everything we could need. They have an ice machine with buckets next to it and a water bottle refill station, which is really nice to have. In the lobby they have a snack and drink set up similar to what you would find at a convenience store and you can self check out so you don’t have to wait in line behind people checking in. There are games and plenty of seating downstairs which we didn’t utilize because we were so tired from our drive but we would have loved to hang out there."
