Oaks Riverchase

"My husband and I have lived at Oak Riverchase for the past 7 years and loved the area. Over the past 2 years, we have seen disappointing upkeep of this apartment community. Management and staff have changed many times. The lack of attention to upkeep the apartment grounds and somewhat high rent is a contradiction. The leasing office lets days go by to address any concerns or issues. Cars with expired plates park in premium spots, trash is left outside the door for days, and furniture is allowed to be on patios and stairways. Plus there is always issues with the water shut-off. Time to move."

"On January 16th my apartment suffered water damage due to a sprinkler line busting in the attic of the apartment above me and here we are at 22 days later and things still have not been made right. This complex has completely dropped the ball when it comes to making things right with this incident. The wet carpet sat for over 24 hours before three small fans and one dehumidifier were brought out. There was no restoration company brought in to complete a moisture test from the flow of water that was coming down in between the walls, from light fixtures, and electrical outlets. With water damage and things not being properly done to clean up, comes mold. There's absolutely no reason that the carpet should not have been replaced instead of getting spot cleaned. I asked for the carpet to be replaced and a moisture test to be done due to my respiratory issues and I was told that cleaning the carpet is the only thing that would be done. I really don't understand why a tenant would have to go through something like this."

"I'll love this place. Especially César is so kind. I love my apartment because of the price benefit. The gym is ok, I will suggest a smith bar. I can't wait to join the pool."

"I love living at this community. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Residents in my building are friends, look out for one another. My one complaint and it is a big one—the once beautiful landscaping which was my reason for choosing Oaks Riverchase has steadily disappeared. I live across from the pool and all the shrubs are dead. The plants killed in the big freeze a couple years ago have never been replaced. I look out my living room window at this barren scene even though I saved the shrubs in front of our building. I have complained— always promised something will be done. No action."

"I have been a resident here for 5 years and have liked being here. I wish there were more grass planted around the units. There is a lot of mud on sidewalks and around the units. Other than that things are good. Maintenance has been good here and rent is a little more reasonable than most places."
