"This property is beautiful, and I had such an easy move-in experience. Mariah was such a lovely leasing consultant. Not only was she flexible when I had things come up throughout the leasing process, but she was friendly and warm. Her attention to detail helped me get the process wrapped up quickly and my apartment was in great condition upon move in. Loving it!"

"This apartment is insane and the worst apartment I live once in life. They are trying their best to get your money as long as you move in. They will charge you $75 if you put your trash in front of your own apartment as they claimed they had valet trash 7 days a week. But they will charge your extra money and give you fine. The property infrastructure is always not working. The garage door is not working for half year. And the elevator is not working every month at least once. The people in leasing office are only nice to you before you sign your contract."

"I recently moved to the Apartments at The Sound from out of state. The staff at the leasing office have offered hospitality to me throughout my moving process and Heather was my leasing agent. Heather was patient at exploring and listening to my needs while I toured the facility. Heather was able to provide good recommendations based on her knowledge of the area and the apartments that were available. Heather and the other leasing agents have communicated well with me throughout my move in process."

"If you do decide to live here despite the warnings, don’t bother wasting effort to clean upon move out, they will take a lot of your security deposit anyway. We spent hours cleaning the apartment top to bottom, and returned the apartment way better than how we received it, and were charged for stuff that should be considered normal wear and tear. This place seems to only care about money and don’t care about the residents. Please do not move here. Go read the negative reviews on the main review page for The Sound Apartments. Many others have had similar negative experiences. There are better apartments out there. Keep searching."
