"I have lived here for going on 5 years. At the beginning this place was great. In the last year, everything is broken and they constantly herass residents with 75 violation charges. The office staff is terrible and the maintenance requests take forever."

"Getting deliveries from basic service provider like Uber eats or door dash or Insta cart is a pain as address is somewhere and apt is somewhere and always u have to get down to get ur stuff from them. I have even given complaint to leasing office but they said they never saw anybody complaint but I see daily residents come down to pick yp their stuff from these providers."

"Not happy with move out charges. In fact, I returned the apartment in better condition than it was given to me at start of my lease. Unnecessarily, they are charging me for ozone treatment, carpet cleaning and other additional move out charges. :-("

"Lived here for a year. Was promised several things and none came to fruition. While the apartment was fine it is obvious the cost cutting initiatives this company does to reduce the customer experience. The fact just one elevator exists to go up 6 floors for such building has created a lot of inconvenience.. I had a bathroom cabinet door that was supposed to be replaced and in the whole year it has never been replaced. No effort has been made to improve the parking. My garbage disposal has broken down 5-6 times. If you need anything or want them to do anything please be ready to be disappointed. They also have a 60 Day notice even after your lease is done which I think is shady at best. Also even if that doesn't bother you then when you go look at renewing your lease they say we are not going to put your rent up which apparently you should be grateful. Yet with new tenants they are offering 12 weeks rent free. Makes no business sense. Usually the acquisition of a customer is more expensive then keeping one. When pushed I was told well you can move to another apartment up the hall to get a discount. Crazy. Definitely would recommend you look elsewhere. The whole experience has been very disappointing."

"Great location...this area will be one of the best locations to live if you work close to Irving and travel to dfw often. Who doesn't want a lake view apartment."
