"We applied to move here. Come move in day, they first delayed our move in time because apparently the cleaning crew only cleaned the carpet in one bedroom and they needed to be called back to finish the other bedroom. That's Red flag #1. Red flag #2: they didn't know the state of the apartment until the move in date- the date they set for us mind you. We are then told hours later that it's all done and we can head down there to the office, so we do. We get to the office thinking we are getting the lease ready to sign, but then we're informed that they "under good conscience" can't move us in because the cleaners reported a bug problem. So red flag #3 is a bug problem. While we were offered another unit to move into, it was not what we wanted and was certainly also not move in ready. Very disappointed because the complex is nice looking on the outside, but the property management seems to be a bust. Be cautious when applying here."

"I’ve lived here for a while and experienced different property managers, office staff, and maintenance team members. I have to say that the newest maintenance manager, David F. really cares about restoring this property and having it live up to the MAA brand standards! He’s proven to be the best by far!! He always greets me with a smile and is extremely professional. Since he’s been on board, I’ve definitely seen a noticeable difference in the ground keeping and the timeliness of work orders being completed and he ensures it’s done right the first time! Kudos to David and the entire maintenance team for all of your hard work and dedication to making this a community to be proud of for MAA and their tenants."

"David Fisher with maintenance is SO AMAZING. Our AC went out this summer and someone came out to add Freon, but it still wasn’t keeping up with the heat. Mr. Fisher helped us out and fixed our AC and it’s been awesome since. He came out today to fix my dishwasher and had it done so fast!! He’s always respectful and quick and he always gives me the inside scoop on what broke, lol."
