"I absolutely LOVED my 4+ years living at Forest Park! The location was great, the grounds and unit were extremely well-maintained, and the staff was amazing. The few times I had maintenance issues, they were fixed promptly by Ignacio, who was always so nice and professional. (He even drove all the way from his house on Valentine’s Day after hours to repair the motor on our heater when it gave out before the Winter Freeze of 2021 because he didn’t want us to be without heat.) The office manager Tammy was always quick to reply to my questions and made the leasing and renewal process a breeze. I found that my money went far at Forest Park, and that the rates were extremely reasonable. They also didn’t raise my rent an insane amount each month just because they could. They were fair and honest when appraising the apartment after move out and refunded more of my security deposit than any apartment has ever done for me in the past. I would recommend Forest Park to ANYONE and would still be gladly living there if not for my husband and I purchasing our first home this year. You will not regret living here!"

"My family and I lived here for 5 years and it was a great place to call home during that time. The location is fantastic with everything we needed in walking distance or a close drive away. The complex as a whole was safe; neighbors and staff at main office all friendly and caring. And our apartment - our home during that time - was always in great shape. Any little thing we ever needed from maintenance, the maintenance team was always right on top of getting what we needed fixed, even when it was after hours. Overall this was a great experience, a great home for us. I highly recommend anyone in search of a home in Bedford to seriously consider this wonderful apartment complex."

"My family and I lived year for 3yrs before we bought our home. This is a wonderful complex. Doesn't feel or look like apartments at all. More like homes. The manager is outstanding. She's always walking around making sure things are ok. The maintenance crew is top notch and prompt. They don't tolerate bad tenants at all. They appreciate and cherish their good tenants. It's a tight net community. I recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a great place to live. We had only two small issues in 3yrs and they were handled immediately."

"Updated review: I lived here for just over 2 years and enjoyed the community a lot. It is in close proximity to everything you need. The neighbors were nice and management and maintenance went out of their way to help in any way they could. Everyone is very helpful! Great place to live! It is quiet and management (Tammy) is great! "I lived on this property for a year, only because I ended up moving out of state. This property is amazing! The office manager goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. The maintenance crew is also incredible, responding QUICKLY to all requests. The property itself is so beautiful and clean! They really keep everything up really nice! If I didn’t move out of state, me and my family would have lived here for years to come!"
