"Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds!! Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Terrific selection of breakfast items. Close to highways and airport Couldn't imagine a better place to stay if I tried!!"

"Do not stay here. The room we stayed in (424) was very nice and clean BUT the noise from the highway was so loud. We asked to move rooms but the hotel was full. Management was very aware of our situation and recommended we play white noise. I am not a light sleeper and we are not picky people. You are rolling the dice on a very noisy room by the highway if you stay at this location."

"Great location easy to access 121 or 183. Very clean, staff has been excellent. Always enjoy staying at Residents Inn, this is one of the best ones. I like the feel of an apartment and having more room. Place also has an indoor pool. Not that brought one, but this one is also pet friendly. They actually have dog biscuits at front desk. Very cool"

"Booked a room using points and upgraded to a 2 bed suite using my suite night rewards (Platinum Rewards). I got a confirmation number days prior to my stay. When I arrived they placed me in a room that was not a 2 bedroom suite. Even with proof in hand of my reservation they refused to acknowledge any mistake and insinuate that it was my fault. Vivianna, the manager, changed her story several times. I can only speculate the real reasons. The rooms were sold out so there was no recourse but to accept the imposition. When I returned to my room, my Marriott App notified me that I had been "upgraded" to a new room, which of course was the front desk correcting their mistake in the system. The hotel is new and everything is nice. The rooms can be loud with lots of nearby road noise. Breakfast was nice. If not for the bad hospitality, I would recommend, however my experience was bad."

"YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR FAN IN THE ROOM! Okey dokey. This was a nice little hotel with close proximity to the surgery center I was working at, and to the airport. They do offer shuttle service which is nice. Hotel had a bunch of pumpkins on display you could vote on. A nice little gym(with photos) and photos of my room . I always end up with the handicapped room but I'm not complaining. Less things for me to kick when walking around. Had a nice little one night stay. Would come here again."
