"I missed a flight and had to unexpectantly spend the night at this hotel because it was close to the airport. I was so pleased to a hotel that made me feel so comfortable. I spoke with David on the phone, he greeted me at check-in. He was so gracious! Room was clean, breakfast good. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I did not have a pleasant experience here. First time checking in, they put me in a room that smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room and then the door was also broken and wasn’t closing properly. The second room they offered to mw smelled like urine “but was handicap room and was bigger!”. I didn’t say anything because I was just tired of speaking up. On my second night of staying in the urine smelling room, (I tried to burn a candle to mask the smell, didn’t work) the room was a conjoined room and was separated by two locked doors, the person next door started banging on my door and the walls, from 2am-6am. I finally spoke up and asked to be moved to a third floor room. Day 2 of staying in this new room, maintenance bangs on the door at 10:30am, I was in the shower and couldn’t get to the door fast enough and they banged even harder, screaming at the door. I peaked my head out (in a towel) and they demanded to come inside to “look at sprinkler heads”. After that I decided to leave a review. This was the worst experience ever involving a hotel."

"The staff is amazing. Had to stay here for 2 weeks during a home renovation. David especially made sure our stay was great. I want to extend a big thank you to all the staff there. Couldn’t be happier about our stay at TownePlace Suites."

"Wow, this place was awesome, great location, close to plenty of restaurants, and shopping. Their price is a little less than most hotels in the area, this place is so worth it. Employees always say hi and are so helpful. I will definitely be back to stay again. Good internet!"

"My room is very spacious with a spacious bathroom as well. All staff is friendly, hospitable, and seem to be very happy that I’m here! Every morning there is a quality breakfast prepared by staff who obviously take pride in their mission and are very forthcoming about offering help if anything is needed. The location is off the main drag and feels a little park like. And of course they like dogs here so that’s a huge stroke in their favor. Finally you can’t beat the price."
