"DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve lived in multiple apartments and this has by far been the worst. To start when I moved in the apartment was disgusting, glass in my bedroom carpet, the hardwood was disgusting and covered in something super sticky, I swiffered my living room 4 times and the swiffer pads were still coming out black. Secondly my AC has went out multiple times, now each time they’ve fixed it but clearly there’s something wrong with it if it keeps breaking, the last time they “fixed” it it was making an extremely loud buzzing noise right outside my window to the point I lost sleep a lot of nights. You pay for “valet trash” but it’s hardly valet, it rarely gets picked up. There’s only one compactor for the entire complex and it’s always so overrun with trash that it attracts literal rats. Don’t even get me started on maintenance, they’re impossible to reach. My kitchen light went out months ago, still has yet to be fixed. My bathroom ceiling occasionally leaks and the ceiling is falling out, still has yet to be fixed. If you put in a request they’ll try to contact you to come by but if they can’t contact you that one time they’ll close the request and forget about the problem. Lastly the absolute worst part, is how ancient the appliances are. My washer broke the other night and flooded my entire apartment, and now I’m having to do laundry elsewhere because even the maintenance man said “you’re washer is so old that we don’t have the parts for it to fix it, so we have to order parts. HOW ABOUT YOU JUST UPGRADE THE APPLIANCES. Luckily I only have about a week left here, and I’m so glad, because I can’t take being here any longer with a broken washer full of laundry, and kitchen light that does work, and bathroom ceiling that’s dripping and an overrun dumpster that’s disgusting. Again if you want a nice place to live DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"I love living here. The location is very convenient, despite being by the fire department it’s relatively quiet, neighbors are friendly and the people running the office are so helpful! Lilly and Hannah have helped me with any and all issues that have come up. Maintenance is also super helpful with whatever in-home services I’ve needed. With the recent move-in specials I’ve seen, you’d be remiss not to live here."

"Worst experience of my life. There is not a more incompetent management group. They aren’t equipped to manage an McDonald’s let alone an apartment. They allow illegal dumping around the building that would collect mountains of trash weekly. Their compactor is broken almost constantly and even when it’s running it constantly overflowing. The “trash service” they charge you for shows up in the middle of the night and runs their compactor so loudly that I’ve had to file police reports. There is no such thing as getting something fixed from their maintenance. I had a water leak that went unfixed for 4 months prior to move out that caused a large rust stain in the tub that they are trying to charge me for. Dog feces is everywhere. Dogs barking all day and night is not uncommon. Parking is nonexistent. Pool is closed 11 months out of the year. Work out facility is rarely open. If you need something from the office, it’s a runaround every single time. Mailboxes are so small that the junk mail clogs the box up and the USPS will “move you out” by returning all your mail to sender OFTEN! When I moved out they tried to add 3k worth of bogus fees. Luckily I have plenty of pics and will have my day in court. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!"
