Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth - Bedford

"Not your typical Hilton Hotel. Way better then Super8, Motel6, Comfort Inn etc, but not up to paar to other Hilton Hotels. Rooms are very clean, but... First room had broken TV. Missing light bulbs in lamps (only one lamp worked). Second room had a working TV and lamps with missing bulbs again (no light bulbs in one lamp in living room, the other one was missing light bulb). So there was light in the room, but just not enough. TV guide is outdated, you have to scroll through channels and it's very slow. There was no TV guide in either rooms. Only one towel, and one of each shampoo, conditioner and bath soap (this is a suite for 4 people). We got everything right (we got a new room because of TV, we asked for more towels and soap and got it) but we had to ask for it. In the end, for the check out there was that, seems like, famous mean receptionist which is not supposed to work here. If that lady was working during the day I'm pretty sure we won't get any towels, nor shampoo, probably not even a room with working TV. We, only didn't get a bandage to put it on a cut, and we're let out of the hotel, which was locked and she had to unlock it, and that upset her, really really :) Will continue to use Hilton Hotels, but not this one... Ever Good location, bunch of restaurants in the area. Right next to a highway, no issue with highway noise, but the walls are little thinner than usual. Forgot to mention that I have to fix the running toilet, to avoid moving to a third room :) The mean receptionist was the one checking us out Monday morning around 3am, January 29th 2024 (this is just for the hotel, so they know the person they should pay attention to)"

"The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. However, both the night shift and morning staff lacked customer service skills, giving the impression that we were inconveniencing them by simply asking to check-in or check-out. The rooms are not soundproof; the noise from the highway persists throughout the night. Additionally, the elevator is situated inconveniently in the middle of the hotel, requiring guests to walk a considerable distance to access it, with no guidance provided by the front desk. Furthermore, the rooms were dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned adequately. I will not consider staying here again in the future. PS: never received the Hilton survey, I guess Manager disabled it so it doesn't get reported to Hilton."

"Lady at front desk was extremely rude. First she wouldn’t let me in the room said I didn’t have a reservation after I clearly showed her. Then we didn’t have towels and she said we will get them when we can we’re busy. Covers on the bed very thin and you will be cold all night. Blood stain on my sheet. Breakfast was basic. I would fire the girl at front desk for sure."

"The location is perfect. Easy access to grapevine and all the Christmas fun. The hotel front desk clerk is extremely rude and unwelcoming. When we got up to our family suite there wasn't enough pillows or blankets for the amount of beds in the room. When we asked for more, front desk clerk said they didn't have any. One of the bathroom doors in our room was locked with no one inside and again, front desk clerk refused to help open it. The kitchen was useful with the fridge and microwave however the pans were damaged beyond use and the silverware was missing. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with kids I highly recommend you look somewhere else. This hotel is not equipped to meet your needs and they don't even try to. Literally the worst experience I've ever had a hotel."

"Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Some guests requested fresh fruit due to dietary restrictions. Fruit was minimal. Staff was friendly. Beware the walls are thin. You can hear people walking or running line drills above you. Request third floor. I could hear conversations just walking down the hallway, guests were speaking at a normal volume. There are ample ashtrays in property but guests seems to want to leave cigarettes all over the ground. The parking lot had quite a bit of trash even though I feel that the staff cleans it somewhat frequently. I think the guests just need better manners. Location was easy to get to where we wanted to go. I did find a single roach one night of our stay in the bathroom.I’ll add that if you need to use the sofa bed it was awful. We had to request extra blankets to make it somewhat comfortable. You could easily feel the bar and springs through the thin mattress."
