"My review of the property is like many of the others posted. I love the location and the property looks nice on the exterior. However, the property needs to address its issues. Sadly, when we first moved in, a few of our neighbors stopped and told us about their bad experiences living here and with the manager, Ms. Nikki Seals. One person, going as far as calling her “rude.” I was more concerned about the comments about the poor maintenance. However, now I understand the complaints about both. -Our kitchen sink has had a leak since we’ve moved in – in addition to other issues. -Nikki has claimed the internet was down in the office as an excuse for her not responding to my email or phone call, and has walked away from conversations twice, stating that she was professional despite walking off because she ended the conversation with “have a nice day.” Two other major issues: 1. Deceptive trade practices, at the least. When my fiancé and I completed our applications, it had one price listed. After getting approved, and coming to sign the lease, we found a new price on the lease – more than what was offered in the application and more than the price on the apartment’s website. Nikki told us that the property increased the price after we had completed the application, and the new price was not yet reflected on the website. My question was, why didn’t she share this information with us in any of the conversations we had after submitting the application. No response. When I went to discuss my lease, there was another couple moving in who were having the same issue as my family. And a current tenant stopped me outside the office to let me know he was there to address issues he was having with management. Also, the apartment’s website has not reflected any price changes since we’ve moved in. 2. The most current issue I’ve had regarded expired registration. After informing the property of my plan to renew, Nikki wrote that she would remove my car from the towing list immediately- only to have it towed days later. I understand the need to tow because of a violation. However, the management here has proven to be inconsistent and untrue. Hopefully, the property will improve, and in the meantime, invest to gain more professional employees to help mitigate the existing problems."

"I wish I could have given zero stars to this place! DO NOT MOVE HERE! We’ve lived here 7 months, in those 7 months not one thing has been fixed. All the doors in every apartment have huge gaps just letting heat a cold in. It’s a new apartment building but nothing works in them. Lights out from the day we moved in, doors on the laundry room messaged up, water can just run behind the bathtubs because they were installed improperly, which could be causing a mold problem. They had no staff In the office for about 5 of the 7 months we’ve lived there. The staff they have now will not work with us, are rude, and could care less about the fact that that nothing has been done since we moved in. The pool was down most of the summer. Algae all over it. Everyone you talk to in this building has complaints of the way this place has run. Everyone says it’s been the worst experience. I could go on and on. Do not move here!"

"Like everyone before me has said one star is too generous. Office is NEVER open, and when it is the “manager” if you want to call her that is rude, uneducated, and acting like she is doing you a favor just showing up for her job. Construction is just plain terrible, and no maintenance request ever gets completed. I mean EVER! If you can actually get in to see an apartment do yourself a huge favor and don’t go. There are plenty of other nice communities around. Avoid this one at all costs. The owner “McDonald Companies “ is also a joke. They are the ones who hire the jokers that work here. Stay away. Don’t let your friends or family near this place."

"A friend and I scheduled a tour. We had gone after we were both off of work and booked it to the location so we could make it to our appointment on time (20/30 minute drive). We did, arrive right on time yet when we arrived at the office we were waiting in the lobby for 20/30 minutes. Finally, after helping a few people with their packages- a women asked us for our IDs to go on the tour, then proceeds to tell us "I'll see if I have the keys to the unit, if not I'll have to get in contact with maintenance to let us in." We were confused because this was a SCHEDULED tour. We did not just show up, it was planned and we were shocked why it was even an issue. She was able to get the key to the unit then we moved our way outside, however she then had issues closing and locking the door. We spend another 10/15 minutes in the hot sun waiting and eventually she pleaded for us to come back another day because SHE couldn't lock the door. Dejected we went back inside for our IDs and she asked if we wanted her business card and a pamphlet. We declined. This is was most unprofessional experience I have ever had during ONCE AGAIN A SCHEDULED TOUR and looking at the other reviews seems like we dodged a bullet. Could never consider living here after this experience."
