"The office ladies were nice. My experience at ridgeway was not optimal, pests are a constant problem, fruit flies, ants, I had a rat at one point. They’ll ask you to get insurance to cover water damage, there is a reason for that. My upstairs neighbor left their tub on for ten hours and my roof in my bathroom collapsed. (My rent was not adjusted to accommodate inconveniences) My neighbor was a smoker and the wretched odor from his bad decisions befouled my pantry making it unusable for anything but canned goods. Pest control will come every other month, but it doesn’t seem to do much considering I still had pests despite keeping a clean home. Car windows were being broken into a week before I escaped this bad decision of an apartment complex, there are no security cameras to act as a deterrent for crime. Be mindful of your decision to live here. While the office folks are pleasant and easy to work with this place has A LOT of problems, and not enough effort is being put into solving the problems."
"I have lived a little over a month and have no complaints, it’s quite and peaceful!! No problem with the apartment and the stuff are all very polite and welcoming!!"
"I have lived and worked on this property and its fantastic. Cindy and Candace are the friendliest office staff. Any maintenance issue is always taken care of quickly. Highly reccommend."
"This place is the absolute worst!!!!! Apartment is constantly needing repairs and maintenance take forever to fix. My sister lives here and the upstairs neighbors toilet is leaking through her vent in the ceiling so bad that she can’t even take a shower. The floor in the living room and kitchen is constantly leaking. Garbage disposal is always broken. This place is gross!!!! If I could give this place a negative five stars I would! Would not recommend."
"Been living here for 6 years now. The team is great maintenance is incredible & they really do care about there tenants. The only complaint is that the rent is increasing way to im high. Even the small bedrooms are starting off at $900 that's not worth a small apartment space. Other than that it's a great quite location."
