"If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Management turn around is every month. Charges added with no explanation. Rent was 1150 when I signed for a one bedroom. They spiked it up to $1700 the next month. And locked in for 6 months nothing I could do. $550 worth of fees and no one could ever get to the bottom of it. Management has no clue because it’s always someone new. Please don’t rent from here."

"This the absolute worst place to live. They lure you into to $1150. Then they add on pool view $50, for having an up stairs. $50 for trash. They will charge you regardless if you have a pet or not. I ended up paying close to $1700 for a one bed room and was locked in for 6 months. The turn around for managers is about every month. New one comes in has no idea anything. Then they quit about a month later. Please read this and don’t give your money to them."

"While they look nice the residents are nasty and horrible! The office staff Mrs.Linda and Mary are awesome and they can’t control how these tenants choose to live. They are always helpful, and informative. However I currently get anxiety up until I go inside of my apartment. It’s nice in the inside because I keep it clean. I currently have no visitors because I’m ashamed of the outside of the apartments. I failed myself and did not view the reviews after I sold my home. This was newly built I thought and a great path to work and it has that country feeling. But these residents should pack up and move in the forest part behind the apartment complex. Every time I pay my rent I am counting down how much longer I have to stay."

"This 5-Star rating is completely based on the current staff at Lakeside. I have been a resident here for almost a year, and I have seen countless staff and management changes. However, the additions of Linda and Mary has been like a breath of fresh air! They are two of the most helpful and amazing property managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! If you decide to live here at Lakeside Villas, these two lovely ladies are the best you could ask for!"

"In the two months we've been here we've seen how poorly an apartment complex could be mismanaged and how rude/condescending a property manager could be. We saw first hand how poorly trained/organized the staff was. However, in just a few short weeks, with the great help of an overhauled team in the office, this place has made a much quicker turnaround than I thought possible. I'm throughly impressed with the new staff's attentiveness and willingness to work through the disaster that I'm sure they inherited. Also happy the kept the maintenance supervisor because he hit the ground running."
