"Here for 3 years and change of staff in the last year has turned this community around for the worst. Office staff are sneaky and are entering homes without residents’ knowledge. Auditing leases and up-charging rent without notice. Claiming “well you were supposed to be charged previously”. Ok so when YOUR staff make a mistake, take accountability and notify residents. New parking “app” has turned into pandemonium. 3rd party towing company does not have to verify vehicle registration to paid spots. They get a text about a car make and parking spot number and just tow. EVEN IF SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR THAT SPOT FOR YEARS!! The only positive about these apartments is the maintenance, Greg in particular, and the community of residents that look out for one another because the people running this place WILL NOT."
"I currently live here and in love! I love the environment, the dog park, the pool, and the gym! The residents are nice! The staff is the best. Lacey is so helpful with any questions I had! Greg is great with fixing any maintenance!"

"We enjoyed living here very much, the apartments are updated and grounds are beautiful. The dog park is well kept and my dogs always felt safe there. Emily Pike , property manager, was always so kind and helpful. 10 out of 10 service from her and the team over at magnolia view. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!"
