"The little Mexican dude in the office has a nasty attitude and cocky. First it was you couldn't get into the mailbox because the gate code would not work and go tell me it's working and I know the code. The lady in the office tried it and it took her several attempts to get it open. He called me 2 weeks ago about signing a new lease and I asked him to have the manager call me back with a price. It never happened. I talked to the assistant manager and she sent me a renewal and I couldn't open it and I called to speak to her about it and he had a nasty attitude again. You wonder why you are losing tenants"

"Richmark is the worst company in the property management industry, their turnover for employees is insane, all of their houston properties change staff like clock work managers included! They treat their employees terrible only the ones who have a relationship with the owners get treated good, they got rid of any and all good managers and employees that actually do their job for their properties. Beware do NOT work for this company!Almost Every employee said the same thing about them they are a terrible company to work for! All the reviews that are good on here are from employees that are cool with Amy or the owners ! Amy has no clue how to be a regional and needs to learn how to run properties better and support her staff and the owners DO not care to find out why their employee are quitting left and right ! BEWARE DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!!!!"

"Do not move into any of these properties owned by Richmark. I have been staying at The Preserve at Westchase since Feb 2023 and it has been a nightmare with rodents crawling through the walls, a broken window that will not get fixed, damaged faucet heads, pests… you name it, we have it. My last post was removed so I hope this one stays. I need my window fixed immediately. The summer was brutal with hot air seeping in from my children’s room that they could no longer tolerate it. I will not go through this for the winter. Tammy the property manager is not responding back to my calls and no one answers at the office. I also referred a person to move in and they took their deposit and never provided them with an explanation as to why they would not be able to move in. My stairway is separating from the patio and no handrail to protect anyone from falling over. The foundation of the property is old and I’m pretty sure it is not up to code. Need remodeling immediately. I pray I receive my deposit back."
