"Been living here for over 10 years although it’s small but very comfy for myself, I also worked as a porter here as well and enjoyed getting out to clean the property."
"I lived here for a year last year. I have mixed feelings about the apartments. It's plenty of space for one person, but might be tight with two even if they really love each other. I don't like that you really have no patio. You have a stoop big enough for one chair. Then it's immediate parking lot. It feels like living in a two story hotel from the outside. Inside is pretty decent. You have lots of closet space for a studio apartment and a HUGE bathroom. Cosmetic wise, it's kind of sloppy. That would be okay if the price was about $700-800 a month. I believe that are going for over $1000 now. In my opinion, that's way too much."

"Roach infested, poor customer service from office management, maintenance stole a gold necklace off my kitchen counter. Washers and dryers never work. Dog area is too small, should be fenced and have a bench as well."
"Wanted to add to this cause it’s real just the tip of it all. I have a ceiling FULL of black mold and is basically caving in it’s self and the office tells me I still have to pay for the two weeks that the apartment is inhabitable and that I am still responsible for the full month of rent. Though I have lots of emails about the ceiling and other issues and nothing gets fixed. Lady in office admitted to just patched over and going about my day. Btw all this is on video on my phone and I will be seeking a attorney as I know my right and this is a major MAJOR health violation. Apply at your own risk."
