"I just started my 3rd year lease with Cavalli. London was very helpful during the renewal process. I have only had a couple of random maintenance issues since moving in here but they have always been very helpful and quick to fix. Chris, has been especially great! Like any apartment complex, there will be certain issues when you put a bunch of random people living so close together with different lifestyles… however, Cavalli staff has always been quick to address it and fix it. I appreciate every person that helps this place make it a great place to live. Thank you!"
"Chris is the best maintenance person I have had living in an apt . I know he will fix what needs to be fixed. More than that. He knows my name , my dog Lady. He always ask. "I was working a late and came home to my apartment when I noticed my key was missing to get in. It was around 2am when I called the help line. I got a phone call back within 3mins. The apartments Maintenance guy CHRIS showed up very quickly to get me inside. He was very kind and professional even with it being so late. I couldn’t thank him enough! From day one of me moving in CHRIS has always been awesome and friendly! Even asking us if we needed anything done without putting in a service request. CHRIS makes living here a Great experience."
"Management here have been lying before I even moved in about certain things. Now since moving in, the apartments are beautiful but the management team has not been very pleasant to work with. The assistant manager Tiffany was very rude on the phone and has an annoyed type of tone in her voice when raising concerns which I found to be very unprofessional. I believe if you do not have the patience and perspective to understand other people, this is not the job for you. I was charged an extra $100 for some supposed “glitch” in their computer system. I was lied to about having a washer and dryer in my unit before moving in here. I was told my a.c unit was functional and even though maintenance came and claimed to fix the problem, it still has not been blowing cool air. I have a baby and he’s been hot all day and of course management has not been answering my calls. Off to a bad start already and this is only my second day living here. Update 12/18/23 Tiffany has been very accommodating since the entire incident from the beginning of my lease. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my home here at Cavalli. She has done courtesy calls, answered all my questions and has been very pleasant since. She as well as the maintenance team has gone above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the terms of my lease. We may have gotten off on the wrong foot in the beginning due to a misunderstanding but I believe my impression about her has completely shifted to positive. Thank you for all that you and the entire maintenance team has done."
"Deciding to make Cavalli my new home was the best decision I could’ve made. While searching other properties in the area, I came across Cavalli and decided to go with them since they were apart of American Landmark and fell in love with the property. I’ve been living at another American Landmark property for almost 3 years. Tiffany made my transfer to Cavalli a BREEZE. Not only does she have a warm, welcoming personality, she is also very thorough and knowledgeable. Any questions I had, she answered quickly and let me know she is here to help with anything else I may need. The property is very lucky to have someone like Tiffany to work for them. She made the stress of moving non existent. I’m so happy/excited to call Cavalli my new home!"
